Ingredients

tomato 3 Kg
onion 1 kg
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
garlic 5 heads
Marinade:
water 2 liters
salt 3 st / l
sugar 6 st / l
70% vinegar essence 1 tbsp / l
vegetable oil 2 tbsp / l
peppercorns 5 pieces.

Cooking method

  • Cut strong red tomatoes into 4 pieces, onion and pepper - rings, chop the garlic.
  • We spread in sterilized jars in layers: tomatoes - peppers - onions - garlic. Fill with hot marinade. Sterilize in a saucepan with hot water: 0.5 l - 10 minutes, liter cans - 15 minutes.
