Korean zucchini

Ingredients

zucchini 3 kg.
carrot 0.5kg.
onion 0.5 kg.
garlic 3-4 heads
sugar 150gr.
salt 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil 200 gr.
vinegar 9% 200 gr.
bitter pepper (optional) 1-2 pods

Cooking method

  • Grate the zucchini and carrots on a Korean grater, cut the onion into half rings,
  • cut the heads of garlic into slices,
  • sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar 9%. salt,
  • bitter pepper: mix everything, let stand for 2 hours, then put in jars and sterilize 0.7l. jar 15 minutes. None of those who tried it for the first time recognized zucchini in this salad
  • Bon Appetit!!!
