That's why I ask owners this HP, what secret can there be? Say a magic word, for example?
Marie_S, Duc I am the owner and answer that any program can be stopped. If the lock has turned on, then it must be removed by pressing the "Cycle" and "Crust Color" buttons in succession. A signal will sound and the lock will be released. Then click on "Start / Stop". By the way, this stove has another problem. Sometimes after the end of the program, it stops responding to the buttons, that is, the panel freezes and you can turn it off only by removing the cord from the network.

Good time of the day!
They gave mom this bread maker for the new year. Complains of a chemical smell when baking and a smell of bread. Judging by the forums, we have already encountered this problem. What to do? Carry to the service center, wait for it to pass, or is there a way to get rid of this problem?
Tell the owners !!!!
Omela
kamaridze , welcome to the forum! how often does mom use HP? The smell should go away anyway, the more often you use it, the faster!

I used everything a couple of times. Do you think it will pass?

Hello everybody! a week ago I became the owner of the BORK 500. The purchase was not planned, so I knew nothing about the pros and cons of this model. We arrived home and immediately tried it. The result was terrible, a completely white brick 10 cm high. I climbed onto the site and read a bunch of negative reviews. heart sank. I decided to try again, but already a proven recipe from Omelochka. and here it is, a miracle: yahoo: It turned out to be a gorgeous, beautiful bread that was even a pity to cut. There was no plastic smell, only a wonderful aroma of bread! So I can say with confidence that I became a HAPPY owner of this miracle of the stove!

Thank you! you have a very cozy place here: flowers: Mistletoe, I can’t figure it out a bit in the site, tell me, please, I really want to bake something sweet. poke your nose where you need to look

You can use the search. I typed some butter bread: #

Good morning to all bakers! Our family is learning how to bake bread. I need your advice and help! The first loaf turned out magically, and all the subsequent ones with a sagging top (well, I already figured it out with it) and below, along two lateral surfaces, some holes with flour, as if unmixed, or something, I don't know how to describe the problem more precisely. Maybe someone knows how to deal with this?

Evgeshka , welcome to the forum! Judging by the description, this is not mixed flour that remains in the grooves of the HP bucket during kneading. Did you track the bun during the batch ??? Is all the flour intervening? What recipe do you bake? Can you show your problem in the photo?
Evgeshka
Thanks for your responsiveness! I don't have a photo yet, I'll try again, take a photo, track everything and ask you again.
Put it on, the second batch is in progress. I follow the kolobok, I added 2 tablespoons of flour, maybe the dough is clearly liquid, but she kneads it on one side. and he climbs on the walls, from the other side of the flour in layers. SOS !!!

climbs on the walls add a little flour until you get a bun, and where the flour with layers of a wooden spatula, carefully scoop it up to the dough and you will be happy

Evgeshka , track the bun and add flour better during the first kneading. And helping is better silicone spatula.

I totally agree, I just didn’t pay attention that this is the second batch, and my spatula is still only wooden, my wife bought the oven on February 3, but after a couple of pastries I realized that I had a hobby, and she didn’t even mind. Now when I have time I read the forum and absorb information

I went to the store for "Bork" and bought it the same. Wonderful x \ n. Bakes everything. No smell other than the smell of freshly baked bread.

1 hour 50 minutes left for the first roll

the first pancake is lumpy, it turned out well, it was baked well, the roof with a crust, according to the original recipe from the stove, it just cooled down and almost all the rolls were gone, me, my wife and 2 assistants 8 and 15 years old, even the cat ate, he doesn't eat anything , you can test food on it, now I loaded a tomato onion healthy bread.
Yes, I chose a bad day to go on a diet.

thanks, but already with the second bread, I allowed 2 jambs. 1 overcooked the onion, 2 turned on a strong crust, in vain and so tasty and edible

Girls hello everyone !!! Today I bought Bork x500, I haven't tried anything yet. I read the instructions several times, here I am sitting in the forum. I just didn't understand one thing, the dough program says "add the necessary ingredients during the second stage of kneading the dough after the beep", this is how to understand what the second stage is about?
Omela
Gulnarochka , welcome to the forum! All programs have two mixes. Between which there is time for dough rest. The sound signal during the second kneading serves to add additional ingredients - such as raisins, nuts, etc. But the Dough program does not have it (at least from me - I bought it for a long time .. maybe they have already entered it). I only have one batch for 20 minutes, so I add the raisins myself at the end of the batch.
Gulnarochka
Omela, but the instructions say "add the necessary ingredients during the second stage of kneading the dough after the beep." When should I drop everything from the very beginning? Sorry if the question is stupid, but I'm a "teapot" in this case
Omela
Gulnarochka , put everything in the HP bucket before starting the program, first the liquid ingredients, dry on top. Turn on the required program. During the second batch, after the sound signal, add additives in the form of raisins, nuts, etc., if any. If there are no additives, then leave the bread until the end of the program.
Greb70
Yesterday, instead of 300 grams of milk-kefir, the old 100 gram was poured into the recipe for the simplest white bread. 100 GRAM SOUR MILK, 50 yoghurt and 50 mineral water, the bread was mega delicious
Gulnarochka
and flour must be "bakery", or will any flour go?

Any kind of wheat flour will do! But different flours absorb liquid in different ways, so you always need to monitor the kneading, flour / liquid balance, bun

I am currently preparing bread, but it seems to me that the dough turned out to be too thick than usual (I will look at the result later, of course, and compare). And if in fact it turns out to be too thick and hard, then how can you fix it during kneading? My flour was cold, from the balcony, could it be because of this?

Gulnarochka , of course you can. Add liquid in small portions to the required consistency.

It is better that all products are the same during mixing - at room temperature.

Good day to all! I'm not the only one who got bred in M-Video (and for money too). And they lit up word for word like others. And I also wanted Panasonic in metal, but I came home with Bork X500. And as usual - only after buying, I began to read the reviews. I was horrified, upset (I have a Panasika mikra inverter for 6 years now, both as a mikra and as an oven, and all the plastic parts are in order). In frustration, I threw everything that the instruction requires for a traditional white man into the oven and went for a walk as a child. They came - the bread is ready and surprisingly rose and baked! Only instead of the bread spirit in the house - a medicinal plastic spirit (when I bought a set of plastic spoons-cooks in Mosmart with the same smell - and boiled them and soap -0 - for a few seconds. Contact with food, the smell penetrated the food tightly. Threw it out without regret ) And this is a pity to throw out, an expensive thing. Bread really doesn't smell, but it doesn't attract either!
I bake every day in the hope that it will jam something in it and return it or the smell will go away. If someone from the owners of this chemical smoke has been using it longer than mine - please answer - does the smell pass or not? I'm already allergic to it
And I adjust the recipe to suit my taste - mixing the ingredients in different proportions.

I heat the milk until hot (but tolerable) in it (for 900 g) 1 hour. l salt, 2 tsp. l sugar, 2 s. l. oil
rast. and 500g. flour with measured small. spoon of Saf-Moment
I put everything in a liquid-dry sequence and forget it until it is completely cooked. I do not look and do not pull - to smell this smell.

I’ll find rye flour - give it a shot!

My men (husband and 3 sons +2 sessed tomboy) like bread and this is a great consolation !!!
Here's what I've got so far

And another question - I did not notice that the oven was heating the dough during the approach - is this normal or not? Ten is included only for baking
Omela
FAN , welcome to the forum !!! Excellent bread !!! Only milk (and other liquid) should be heated no higher than 37C. Otherwise there is a chance to "boil" the yeast.

Heating takes place during the second batch. And then the heat is retained due to the closed space of the HP.

The smell goes away. But you are right, with allergies it is very unpleasant. You have 2 ways: 1. to give the stove for examination. Theoretically, an examination can show that there is a smell, but in practice - I doubt it very much. 2. Continue to operate. The more you bake, the faster the smell will go away. It's a question of time.

Good luck!
FAN
I continue my bread business and every time I bake a white loaf - I start to like it more and more! Yes - for 5 days of intensive (2 times a day) operation - finally today the smell of BREAD and not chemical smoke spread through the house
I tried to make rye-wheat - until it was very successful - the top fell slightly, but still tasty and baked (by the way, I do everything on a Medium crust) Tomorrow I will try flour from another company and experiment with liquid. We're not looking for easy ways!!!

Hello. My first HP is also Bork. No smell, everything seems OK. I baked bread according to their recipes - I will not say that it is tasty, although it is baked and looks good. I have already tried the recipe from this forum for Bork 500. THANKS to the author, bread is much tastier.
QUESTION: tell me how to translate bread recipes for your HP ??? How to count the number of products, choose a program (or you just need to program it yourself). Ie ADAPTATION of recipes for my HP ?? And then there are a lot of recipes, but I don't know HOW TO FIT IT UNDER my stove
I suspect that the topic is not new, but I cannot find links to a similar question. Help me please

uha , You can use any recipe. The only thing is that the total weight of all ingredients should not exceed 900g. - this is if you bake in a rectangular bucket, and 750g. - if in a round. This weight is for regular bread. If in the recipe you have chosen, for example, the total weight is 1200g .. then you are 1200: 900 = 1.33 - this is the coefficient by which each ingredient must be divided.

The program is usually indicated by the author in the recipe and is identical for all HP. If in doubt, bake on Basic. Personally, I have never done programming - I can't tell you.

If you have questions - ask.

For most HP, the instructions have a table of program modes with a detailed description of the time, what and when happens - kneading, raising baking.
You read the recipe, if the author does not have a decoding time, read the manufacturer's instructions for this HP model, it is usually indicated in the recipe and the program for which is baked in the same way. Next, look for a similar program in your CP instruction or program your CP for this recipe using the data from the table in the instruction and that's it.
Over time, all this will not cause difficulties and any recipe will understand how to quickly bake in your HP and without tablets, well, or almost without tablets.

I only have a tiny, thin booklet, which simply briefly describes which program does what. NO tables and time descriptions Can you tell me where such a table can be found?

Bork forgot to write this for your model, only the table for Manual mode and the total time for each of the programs.
Live with a table for Manual mode, and if you wish, you can make a table yourself, samples can be viewed here - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=9345.0

I have a bork. I gave my wife an 8th birthday present last year. There is no foreign smell, there is some kind of braking in the control display or we cannot adapt. But in general I like the bread maker, most likely, all the rumors about the "flaws" of this model of the bread machine are spread by competitors.

Good health to all, dear bakers! I also have Bork-500 and I have been baking bread since February. Of course, without the help of our site, I panicked as much as many of the newbies! Thanks to the wonderful moderators and in general to all, all forum users! And this has nothing to do with this bread machine - you need skills. There were no foreign smells. The bread is now good. The main thing is to familiarize yourself with kolobok rule and follow the advice of the moderators - they don’t leave in trouble here!
Good luck to everyone and good bread!

Dear ones, tell me, maybe someone else has such a problem. I have a BORK X500, the bread turns out to be normal, pretty. I bake mainly in the "basic" mode. The problem is that after 2 days the bread becomes very sticky, as if poured over with sweet water. I do everything according to the recipe, the only thing instead of the usual oil is 2 tbsp. I use olive spoons.
