Or make a model from waste cardboard on the L10 or L7 form, glue the side seams with tape and conduct full-scale tests.
Creamy. thanks, but these forms won't fit by definition - they're very long. I'll try to make L11. Although she is very small in my opinion.
laulaa
Good evening girls.
Now I'm with you and I'm very happy =)
I have been reading the forum for two weeks, today I decided to write.

I have Bork X500, "steamed by the seller", for which many thanks to him;)
So far I have tried only white milk bread, which turned out the first time and, I must say, it turned out great =)
After reading the topics about the bun and kneading, I looked into my stove while it was working with a smart look and nodded, they say, yes, everything is as written. Fine! =)

I want to tell the girls who will look here during the selection process. If you go to a store for Panasonic, then buy Panasonic. If you already bought Bork, then do not regret it. A good stove, I did not smell any plastic smell, it bakes perfectly, the dough does not remain in the batch along the walls. Also, after reading bad reviews, don't take them so close when you put food in the oven. Do not think about the negative, think "everything is fine and I will get the most delicious bread" =) Thought is material =)

MariS
laulaa, think very positively - you are welcome!
I am also the owner of Bork 500 and also went to the store to buy Panasonic ... Just like you, I do not regret buying Bork at all and I bake excellent breads on it (from the instructions, including). True, lately I've been baking more and more in the oven.
I wish you good bread too!
a life
Good day everyone! Two days ago I bought a Bork X-500 bread maker. The first bread was baked according to the recipe from this forum - "very soft white bread" The dome did not rise, it turned out smooth and light, but the sides were baked well, and a crispy crust turned out. But all my subsequent attempts were unsuccessful. The dome collapses, its color is almost white. I baked both from the book and from the recipes from the forum, I followed the bun - everything was fine, sometimes it even rose as expected, but during baking the dome fell through again. The viewing window was covered with a towel. I think it's not about the yeast, because the inside of the bread is not heavy, but porous, light, but that's what I can't understand ... Can someone tell me?
P.S. I tried to reduce the amount of water, it did not help. Baked both wheat and rye-wheat according to two recipes from this forum - the bread is delicious, but very loose and, as I said, the dome is badly failed
Omela
a life , welcome to the forum!

I think it's not about yeast
And in their quantity. What yeast do you use, how much do you take, what do you measure ??

The answer to your question HERE.
a life
Thanks a lot for the advice! I had an idea that there was probably a lot of yeast, but I followed exactly the recipe, so I did not begin to reduce their amount. I'll try to reduce it. I use dry yeast. I measure out, as it is said in the recipes - either with a teaspoon, and with a measuring spoon of HP.
I have one more question - is it possible to bake pure rye bread without adding wheat flour in this bread maker?

On the automatic program, no. For rye, one short batch is needed. That is, you can knead on any program, then turn off the HP, wait for the dough to rise completely and turn on the Baking.
a life
Thank you very much, I will definitely try and write what happened!
Omela
Yes, I apologize for misleading you. You can program your own rye program. It's just that I have never used this function, so I cannot help.
a life
But you are right, I forgot about the programmable function! True, first, nevertheless, you need to try it yourself in order to know the time it takes to raise the test.

Hello !!!

Yesterday I was presented with a Bork bread maker at the DR. This is my first HP
It's so funny, people followed Panasonic, but they could not resist Bork's charm, in general, everything is like many
For the instructions for the HP, I would knock the manufacturers a little on the head with something heavy, because I already cried a little, dreamed that the HP "would suddenly break down and I will change it to something more understandable", but then I attacked the site and somehow calmed down.
I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all who help, ask and give answers (advice)
Understanding comes gradually, so I am with you, perhaps for a long time.

I haven't baked the bread yet, I'll try it tomorrow, and according to the light (?) Option, they gave us a ready-made set for black bread
I don’t know what will happen.
I will report back later.

Today we were kneading dough for dumplings.
It seemed that the recipe for 900 gr. flour (I took it in the recipe book) - heavy. The HP periodically simply did not turn the bun.
The dough turned out to be soft (we like steeper), what do you recommend?
Do it in smaller portions, do it yourself, or is it just unrealistic to knead the dough on the HP just like manual dough?
(it's just that there are not yet one "dumplings" weekend ahead, we do stocks for NG and Christmas)

Yeah, on complaints about CP,
Well, it smelled a little of plastic, not to say that much, if not for the reviews, I probably wouldn't have paid attention.
The thing is new, it must get used to it.
People say that at this price it shouldn't smell ... nifiga ... I have a built-in oven
(expensive, contagion and good firm) smelled for several days with constant use, until all the grease burned out there.
So it doesn't scare you.

I went further to look back at the forum
Omela
cat dog , welcome to the forum and with the past you !!

Ta you shoooo ?? De such a recipe ??? 900g. is the maximum weight of the dough, not flour. Flour maximum 500-600g.

And even less for dumplings. Poor baker, she got it today.
cat dog
Thank you for your congratulations!!!

I took the recipe in the recipe book attached to the HP, p. 37
Yeast-free dough (for dumplings, dumplings)

Flour -900g.
Water - 170 g.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Salt -! h. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
(Dough program)

Well, now, as a first-grader, they told me - 900 grams, I drunk so much.
The very first time

We even doubted that HP was able to knead the dough for dumplings at all, but she did her best
(I really threw a little water into the dough, because the bun didn't work, there were a lot of crumbs)
Omela
cat dog , do not believe your eyes do not knead so much if you do not want to ditch the HP.
Elena Bo
I have a recipe like this:
Flour 300gr
Water 100 gr.
Egg 1 pc.
sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.

In your case, most likely a typo - not 900 grams, but 500? (didn’t count exactly, only estimated)
cat dog
All!
Never again!
Thanks for the quick response.

Well, that's why they write such instructions !!!!!!!

In your case, most likely a typo - not 900 grams, but 500?

Maybe I went now to check again
I can just take a picture of a page and put it up!
For beginners, it’s for mistakes, you see, my "dream" of a breakdown would come true
Omela
cat dog You understand, the instructions contain purely theoretical things. Nobody actually mixed this in a particular HP. This also applies to other recipes, unfortunately.
cat dog
I realized, Omela, Thank you so much!

If not for the forum, I would have continued to torment the innocent machine.

I just got used to trusting what was written in the instructions.
I'll be more careful now

Well, my lesson is science to others!
Glad that HP passed the test!

Good day everyone! I want to ask for advice, maybe someone knows the reason for my failure. I already increased the flour and reduced the yeast, and I close the window with a towel, and I add warm water, but the top of the bread falls through. Pekla rye-wheat from your forum. An hour before the end of the cycle, it is pretty, raised, but after 15 minutes it suddenly falls through and that's it. What to do, what is the reason? He baked in two modes - both on the main and on the second - from not sifted flour, the result is the same ...
tanja-55
hello girls! I really want to bake bread from corn flour, write pliz a proven recipe.

Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, but the recipe is here: Rye flour - 250 g, Wheat flour - 250 g, egg - 1 pc, apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons, yeast - 1.75 teaspoon, dry kvass - 2 tbsp. spoons pour 300g hot water, let cool and then just pour into a bread pan, salt - 1.5 tsp. l. First I added liquid ingredients, then dry ones.

standard story - M-VIDEO was lit on BORK

bought in the evening, began to prepare 1 recipe from the book and read the forum.
1. Stinks awful of chemistry
2. during kneading, etc. constantly squeaks disgusting! moreover, it will peep more than once, but constantly and for a long time! I can't even imagine how to bake in the evening - it will be impossible to fall asleep from this vile squeak. And the sound cannot be turned off ...
3.not baked ... the crust gnawed a little, the rest was thrown into the trash

from what I read on the forums and in the reviews I am shocked.
We washed the bowl, wiped everything, and tomorrow we will change it to PANASONIK.
What we used is not visible at all, we hope it will work
cubache

I exchanged this chemical plant with the function of underfrying (or raw food) without problems for PANASONIK 2502 !!!

put French bread to bake ... until nothing stinks, knocks, squeaks and this is very pleasing, after yesterday's acquaintance with BORK
tanja-55
Hello! I have had bork Bork for a year now, and all this time I am happy with my assistant. From the first time, the bread bakes perfectly, does not smell of any chemicals, a loud signal only when the dispenser is opened. The bread maker is no worse than Panas, and even better, both in design and in its functions, just Panasonic is an advanced brand.
cubache
I poured all the ingredients according to the recipe into the BORK bucket, chose mode 1 and away we go ...

HP began to squeak (make short disgusting sounds), the frequency of these sounds reached several beeps per second.
this disgrace lasted for about an hour (by itself, when changing regimes or whatever, KP BORK squeaked like a madwoman!
it was late in the evening and these randomly loud sounds just bothered me.

started calling support to find out how to mute the sound, but they didn't work in the evening and the answering machine asked to call in the morning.

the last hour when the bread was being prepared, a suffocating chemical smell from BORK went all over the apartment, and white acrid smoke came from the oven itself.

the bread was baked, we opened it - the smell of chemistry was not felt from the bread, but it smelled like raw dough.

after cooling, they cut it in half, saw the unbaked mass like a paste, gnawed a little on the crust and put the bread in a garbage bag.
everything was done in strict accordance with the recipe! the bun turned out, the bread rose, the roof did not collapse, but it was not baked and the smell was disgusting

the ingredients are fresh and the yeast is good.ALL! I don't want to talk about BORK anymore, I already have PANASONIK.
anrel
I read reviews, well, some kind of nonsense
we have bork x 500
peak every day
there is no smell of stinking
the bread turned out the first time
I also baked the cake turned out super
I don't understand what nonsense they write
tanja-55
I am very surprised at such reviews, Bork is a very good, reliable bread maker, never let me down, bakes perfectly. A loaf weighing 1025g. bakes 3h30min. how can it not be baked during this time? My friend Panas, so the pseudo buttons began to peel off over time, this is the "quality".
cat dog
I have been using HP Bork for a month now, there are no complaints, everything is stirring, baking.
I am trying to build rye bread, while on the way to the ideal.
(there are no necessary ingredients, but even then it turns out not so bad)
White bread turned out immediately.

Yes, at first I was upset by the reviews about Bork, but now I do not regret buying.
In addition to making bread, I kneaded several kg of dough for NG dumplings on it.

The report doesn’t come out in any way, although it promised.
Either the computer will come up, then something with a camera, then just because of the holidays I simply forget to take a picture, but next time I will try to post the photos.

What I would like to write to newcomers, do not get too fooled by the reviews, if the marriage or HP does not like it, well, change why it has become.
Carefully read the materials of the site, there are a lot of tips and nuances.
It's just that sometimes it turns out that their own flaws are thrown off on the HP marriage.

Hello everyone
yesterday I cooked pie dough in the oven
excellent result
this once again confirms that xn is good
and for those who have everything bad, look for the problem in yourself
aunt Tanya
Hello! I ask for help from those who have been using x / p bork x500 for a long time. They bought the stove for the New Year, made a present for themselves. Although there is little experience, I get bread. True, I had to correct the recipe, but yes, these are trifles.

It worries me that the top is not golden brown. Tell me what am I doing wrong?
Omela
aunt Tanya , welcome to the forum! What recipe do you bake? If it contains only water, flour and little sugar, then by definition it will be pale. The color of the crust is given by milk (whey), butter, sugar.
aunt Tanya
Many thanks for the help! Today I had my first 100% victory !!! I baked bread for my son's birthday, and the bread still turned out like in the picture. Tall, ruddy, and in the context of a lush "nostril". I'm glad!
Omela
Congratulations!
Elena 71
tell me - why does HP beep when the timer remains at 2.20 until the end of cooking?
Lenok458
This signal means that you can add dried fruits, seeds, nuts to the dough. On the 1st mode (3 hours) - this is just 2 hours. 20 minutes. to end. If you are not planning bread with such additives, just ignore the signal.
t2tt
Good night, dear!

Yes, indeed, shop assistants are strongly motivated by BORK! Today I went for Kenwood450, and returned, like many here, with the X500
But!!! not really (or not at all) not sorry about Kenwood. Everything has its pros and cons. I am writing reasonably (because before Bork there was Kenwood 350, which I gave to my parents after 2 years of use, and just baked a good risen Belarusian rye with potatoes and caraway seeds in Bork)
Probably, the 450th is also a good machine, but 2 buckets in Bork also captivate, the shape of the blades is more interesting, the fixation of the bucket is excellent, without backlash, and the dispenser is not really needed (judging by the two-year experience of the 350). In general, the models of this equipment are similar to each other to the smallest detail. About the smell from Bork, nothing special, as well as from any new technology (in my case, of course). Everything else comes with experience.
Good luck everyone!!!
Omela
t2tt , Congratulations! Let it serve for a long time! waiting for new recipes from you!

I bought a Bork X500 bread maker a week ago. At first I was scared after reading the reviews, but now I have baked bread in it three times and tried a cake once. Everything turned out amazingly. The husband is happy, he asks for another cupcake. And this site is just a great help both for beginners and for seasoned needlewomen)))))))). Everything is super!

My Moulinex safely broke down suddenly stopped working ... they sent it for repair, and then, probably, I'll give it to my parents to use it, my mother was interested in the bread maker just.
In general, on the weekend my husband and I were choosing a new stove, and decided to buy a Bork, since I already have a multicooker from this company and I really liked it. now I have a set of bread maker and multicooker :) I haven't baked bread yet, today I will probably update my purchase, well, I will report on the results!)

Well done! We made a good choice, I have Bork-800, and I am very, very happy with it.

Tell a newcomer. What to do? HP BORK X500 There are no complaints about baking, but there are sound signals. He burned three times and in all cases the hp picks up throughout the entire time, the nerves cannot stand it, like Morse code. During kneading, it emits signals, during lifting - also, every time the shade is turned on and off during baking, it also emits these nasty signals. After the end of baking, until I turn off the peeing from the socket. Have you lost the desire to bake until two weeks have passed can exchange? Respond to anyone who had a similar situation.
Omela
Irina46 , welcome to the forum! HP picks three times. The first one is in the middle of the second batch, the signal means that you can add additives (raisins, etc.). The second is the end of baking. The third is the end of heating, if you did not turn it off immediately after baking. There shouldn't be any more signals. Did you disconnect the stove from the network ???
Irina46
Good day! When I baked the first bread, the end was at 1 am. I thought that she would bake and stand in silence, but she squeaked until I turned off the network, it was three in the morning. The second time I already watched her and wanted to understand the logic at what point she asks for supplements, but this is throughout the entire process. The third time I baked a cupcake, I thought in less time there would be something different, but alas again this situation. When it beeps during baking, the question for me is what to do. I called the phone number indicated in the recommendations, they advised me to contact the service center, but I think to return it to the store, only a week has passed. I will ask to be exchanged.
Omela
Good luck!

Omelochka, I trust your opinion, you are an authority for me from my first appearance on the forum (in the topic about TM))), I baked my first pies according to your recipes and under your leadership. Therefore, it is your opinion that interests me:
My friend wants to buy HP, since the rest of the equipment she has Bork, then she is considering HP from this company. Before she did not have HP, so she consults with me, but I have an old Panas, and I am behind life. Can you recommend HP Bork, and if so, which model - X500 or X800? Well, or in a personal, if that ...
Thank you in advance.
Omela
I answered in a personal.
