Ingredients

Parboiled rice 1 glass

Water 500-600 ml
Butter 30-40 g
Salt taste
Jasmine tea 1-2 buds

Cooking method

  • Put 1-2 buds of jasmine tea in a bowl, pour boiling water over, let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

  • Put washed rice, salt in a saucepan, pour out the tea along with the blossoming bud, add butter, close the lid and let it boil.

  • Boil the rice under a lid and high heat for 5-7 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and bring the rice until tender.
