Ingredients

Multigrain flakes 2 handfuls
Linseed porridge 1 tbsp. l.
Water 500 ml
Apricots - or apple and other dried fruits 2-3 pcs.
Salt taste
Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
or to taste
Butter taste

Cooking method

  • We put to boil in a ladle of 350-400 ml. water, add salt, sugar, mix.
  • Add multi-grain flakes, cut apricots (fruits) into 4 parts, mix and let the flakes simmer until soft for a few minutes.
  • Put flaxseed porridge (flour) in a mug, add about 100 ml of raw water, and about 100 ml. brewed hot flakes, mix thoroughly until smooth, then pour this mixture into a ladle with the cooking porridge.
  • Gently mix everything together, combine with each other, let it cook a little, you can add a little butter, stir.
  • Remarks: Flaxseed porridge swells strongly when combined with water, becomes very thick, when steamed it has a gelatinous state. Therefore, I recommend first steaming the porridge separately, making it thin and only then combining it with the main porridge on the stove. The porridge requires more water than usual, the "jelly" state will spread to the whole porridge as a whole.
