Semolina meatballs with fruit jelly

Ingredients

Semolina
Flour
Rast. oil
Fruits
Water
Sugar
Starch

Cooking method

  • Everything is very simple!
  • Thick semolina, fresh or leftovers from yesterday.
  • Form the koloboks-meatballs from porridge, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until crusty.
  • At the same time, prepare a thick jelly gravy.
  • Various fruits from the freezer (or fresh), I had apricots and raspberries.
  • Put fruits in a cup, add sugar to taste and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Now dissolve in 50 ml. cold water 1 tbsp. l starch, pour into fruit, stir, and again in the microwave for a minute until it boils.
  • The sauce is ready!
  • Put the meatballs on a plate, pour over the sauce - come to the table!
