Admin! Isn't that enough water?

Maybe it was possible to add another 1/3 cup, but the cereal was ready and the porridge turned out to be crumbly. I like to add butter when cooking more, then the porridge is also oily, but sorry, I forgot to put it.

With water - this is a matter of taste and it also depends on the cereal itself, how much it will take.

I even reduced the water. Porridge is super! As always, thanks to Admin for the recipe. In our family, as a child, my mother did one, but I already forgot. She called it porridge - "friendship" Another porridge was, too, must be remembered for the multicooker. Layers of rice, carrots, grated beets, arnautka, millet and semolina on top. Vegetables separate one cereal from another. In addition to salt, sugar and a little milk must be added.

And I make such porridge very often, we like this combination of buckwheat and rice! You can do it like that, with butter, or maybe with milk. The porridge turns out to be satisfying, but also light, there is enough satiety for a long time

Romchka, made porridge and according to this recipe. I would like to express my gratitude to you.
The fact is that buckwheat is not held in high esteem for us. You need to try to shove it into someone. But in this version we use it.
I dragged you my gratitude.

I forgot ... Here is a progress report:

She called it porridge - "friendship"

And I have this name, since childhood, rice + millet is associated. This was often cooked in the camp. I'll have to try. There seems to be no such recipe here
