Potatoes with red flounder caviar sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes 3-4 pcs.
Fresh parsley - chopped 1 tbsp. l.
Green onions - chopped 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Caviar sauce:
Dry white wine 1 tbsp. l.
Cream 20-22% 100 ml
Salt taste
White pepper - freshly ground taste
Dried flounder caviar 1 tsp
Potatoes with red flounder caviar sauce

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water.
  • Drain the water, dry the potatoes over the fire.
  • While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the caviar, put it in a bag and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches small eggs.
  • Making caviar sauce:
  • Pour white dry wine into a ladle, add cream, mix gently and cook over low heat until the mass thickens for several minutes.
  • Remove the ladle from the heat, cover and leave until the potatoes are tender.
  • Add 1/2 tsp into a ladle with a thickened mass. eggs and stir the mass. the sauce is ready.
  • Assembling the dish
  • Put the finished potatoes on a plate, pour caviar sauce on top, sprinkle 1/2 tsp on top. dry caviar, and fresh green onions and parsley.

IT IS DELICIOUS!!!

When I saw dried flounder caviar in the store for beer !!!!, I already knew what I would do with it!

The result is a very spicy potato with spicy "red" caviar!
