Ingredients

900 gr sole fillet plates
200 gr of hard cheese

rast. oil for frying
1/2 cup dusting flour
1-2 eggs
salt, pepper, seasonings to taste

Cooking method

  • You can take any fish for making such rolls. Fillet plates must be slightly beaten off from the side where the skin was, there the meat is stronger. It is convenient to beat off the file, spreading it out inside a plastic bag. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. Mix with grated cheese. Salt fillet plates, pepper on both sides. On the soft (inner) side of the fillet plate, distribute the filling (cheese with herbs). Wrap carefully in a roll, starting from the tail. Dip the roll in flour, then in an egg, fry on all sides until golden brown. At the end of cooking, cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes and reduce the heat. Let it stew a little. Such rolls can be made with different fillings: fried mushrooms or fried thin slices of zucchini (the zucchini is cut along the entire length), well, etc.
