Cooking method

  • Soak the mushrooms in cold water overnight.
  • In the morning, rinse the mushrooms well under running water. We filter the water in which the mushrooms were soaked at night through cheesecloth.
  • Put the chicken and mushrooms in the saucepan of the pressure cooker.

  • After 15 minutes, pour the resulting mushroom broth into another container so that the "fine litter" that remains at the bottom does not get into the broth, as if we filter it again. We sort out the chicken from the bones.
  • Fry the onions and carrots in the saucepan of the pressure cooker on the frying mode for 10 minutes. I cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • We put potatoes, pearl barley (pre-washed well), add salt, pepper, spices, greens to taste, fill in with our broth with mushrooms. Soup mode - pressure 2 - 20 minutes.
  • Done.
  • If you are making a soup with noodles, then do not put the noodles immediately. Make a recipe soup. And when it's completely ready, add 1 multi-glass of noodles and just close the lid. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

It is doubly pleasant when you collect these mushrooms yourself, dry them, and then cook soup from them.
By the way, I always put more mushrooms in the broth. And then, before boiling the soup, I take out half and add the boiled ones to the second dish - stewed potatoes. Thus, I always have mushroom soup and stewed potatoes with mushrooms on the same day. ) You can not even stew potatoes, but make it in pots with mushrooms in the oven - also delicious.

This is a thought! Thank you! If only I could get some more whites this year ... In the meantime, I have only last year's aspen mushrooms. But I think you can't spoil the boletus with chicken!

The broth will be darker with boletus, that's all.
