There is no difference, they just didn’t add it. On the official website - SD-2501 WTS and SD-ZB2502BTS (the letter W is the white color of the case, the letter B is the black color)

addresatThank you very much for your support, it really became easier for me. Only I did not understand how to prepare candied fruits (ready-made, purchased). They are solid. Do they need to be soaked too?
I soak dried fruits from the beginning ... then rinse them thoroughly ... then roll them in flour so that they don't settle to the bottom ... and put them in bread or a muffin.

Not dried fruits, but candied fruits

Try soaking them next time in warm water - they still get soft in baked goods. or another option is to knead them manually into the finished dough and put on the baking mode or bake in the oven.

By the way, I was just reading a thread about the choice of scales, so there is one person wrote about his scales "Next to a working microwave, the display goes crazy - the numbers start to jump chaotically from 0 - 700 grams. The further you move away from the working microwave oven, the the numbers on the display jump to a lesser amount. Two meters from the microwave oven, the sensor is almost not fooling. " And now I'm wondering if my Panasonic will fail. And then suddenly the brains mind for mind will go from close proximity to the microwave. Admit who has HP side by side with the microwave. What can you say about this?

Everything that has electronic brains next to the microwave is slowly but surely failing. Checked on myself. Only the washing machine and the refrigerator (Bosch and Siemens) do not react. TVs fly fast, DVDs and so on. at first it is buggy, but the end is one. I put the slow cooker and HP away. You can, of course, not use it in parallel, but then you won't warm up anything for 4 hours.

Change the microwave !!!! All this is from the evil one. I have a microwave oven with it for 15 years, a GSM and DECT phone, an electronic clock does not die. Next to a dishwasher for more than 5 years, a TV for more than 12 years, I think that's enough

You can change that, but where is the guarantee that the other will not be dirty? If only it was possible to check with some device a place near the microwave, where I might have to put my Panasik. In extreme cases, I may not turn on the microwave, we do not use it so often, especially during the day, when all of mine are at work and school, I am alone at home.
Margot @ 68
I changed the microwave frequency recently, exactly according to the instructions, when it may already become unsafe to use. She dragged her to the old dacha. The same story - you turn on the microwave, the DVD is buggy. I think it's better to override than not before ... Do not turn it on in parallel and you will be happy.

I have had a microwave for seven years now. I didn't really think about her work - I use it only for defrosting and heating. And so I read everything here and decided to check it on an electronic scale. When the microwave oven was working, I turned on the electronic scales and told my husband - let's check it out. And he - that nonsense is all! And on the scales as the tsiferki began to run - horror .... And I have a multicooker next to it. So you will think - turn on the microwave again or warm it up on the stove !!!!!

The microwave must be grounded and buy the right one.
It is also useful not to talk on a cell phone,
when the scale is switched on and under no circumstances place it next to the scale,
and even more so on the scales.

Somehow the French bread turned out not very good
I put everything as it should ... but the cap fell slightly and the bread itself barely pulled out of the mold with a silicone spatula. What's wrong?

As always, water, yeast, proofing and local ingredients.
Reduce water, spy on proofing, change flour.

So all the other breads were with a bang on this water with flour and with the proportions that are described in the instructions.

It is clear with grounding, but what does the correct microwave mean? I bought both focusing on functions. I like both, they work great, both LG, the one that is now generally "fresh" in the lineup. What's wrong with it?

In general, French is always denser than ordinary bread.

I think, Vanya28 right, I'm also a novice baker on the same bread maker. The roof collapses when there is a lot of water, according to the recipes from HP, I watched the bun and added flour more than once. I measured the water with a measuring glass from HP, but it turns out to be not very accurate.

I follow the kolobok - and everything is fine.

The glass cannot be wrong. The amount of liquid in the dough can be affected by the dampness of the flour. If it is hot in the room where it is stored, then the flour can be dry and take more liquid and vice versa.

I read about the measured glass in this Temka only yesterday. I think: "That's it ...!" I changed the flour, I still had to fill it up. But everything worked out (thanks to the site and Admin). I bought a ready-made mixture "Nastyusha", there is some kind of a mixture of complex and decent rye flour, and bran, how many things are not written. I did it exactly according to the recipe on the pack, I didn't track the bun - the roof fell slightly.

I will not attach a photo, they are already too much here :)
now I'm tormenting another bread, bought seeds and pine nuts, I don't know what will come of it :)
THANKS for the site, very useful, informative, and for me (a teapot) a lot of useful information :))

This is from Panasonic's website in Ukraine. I bought it for UAH 1572. There are the cheapest prices for all Panasonic goods than in other online stores + free delivery, if by Ukrposhta, and since Ukrposhta is a state-owned enterprise, the delivery is stretched to a week + more and 8 March ahead, there are many parcels, maybe in 10 days it will not be get it. You could look in our local online stores, then they would also immediately bring it, but in the cheapest of them it costs UAH 1,899, consider it 20% more expensive. Nothing, we'll wait, but while I'm gaining experience at the forum, tomorrow I'll buy pressed yeast, raisins, in general, I'll get ready.

And it turned out for me that I thought my wife was on the eighth gift, it turned out to be on the 23rd, I absolutely do not regret it.
I made it on milk, it turned out denser than on water, but still very tasty!
Thanks to everyone who posted the recipes !!

No, the scales arrived yesterday, there are spoons, aprons too. There is no cap. Do you think it will not work without him ?? Hee-hee. I just remembered an old cartoon about a pot, which cooked porridge without stopping, if you say: "Pot, boil!" I think that nothing is needed for Panaska, just say: "Panasya, peki!" And all business!

Read about the laying of dried fruits here Preparing seeds, grains, fruits, berries for laying in bread dough https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=136698.0, if you did not pre-process them, then dried fruits could take liquid from the dough.
Admin, thanks for the tips on where to look, very often helps, because you don't always know where to go. I read about the preparation of seeds, grains ... Did I understand correctly that seeds and any nuts must be soaked beforehand? When to grind nuts: before soaking or after soaking, and whether seeds and nuts should be rolled in flour. If it's not difficult, please answer.

Why soak seeds and nuts? You can simply rinse with water and dry with a napkin, then roll with flour, shake the excess.

So let's speculate: if nuts and seeds are thrown wet into flour, into dough - what will happen? Flour will stick on them, nuts and seeds can stick together into a lump, if there is a lot of water, then the dough can take on excess liquid and so on, there can be many situations ...
Therefore, we dry the seeds with a towel and roll them over with flour so that the dry flour takes over the remnants of moisture, and the dough remains the same consistency as it should be.

I would chopped up big nuts, then rolled in flour.

Try different options - and you yourself will understand what is happening and how, what is better to do

Tizara, with the first bread!

Well, why cut the bread hot? the crumb is probably crumpled, wet and dull!

The bread is ready when it has completely cooled down to room temperature !!!!!! Then it will be good to cut, and dry in moderation, and tasty!

You must make sure that the stirrer does not remain in the bread! We had tears here more than once that someone had forgotten to take out the stirrer, and relatives swore that bread was cut badly.
