Ingredients

cottage cheese 300 g
vegetable oil (refined) 100 ml
sugar 125 ml
salt 1/2 tsp
vanillin 10 g
egg 1 PC
soda 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
wheat flour 300 g

Cooking method

  • To cover: 1 egg and bread crumbs approx. 100 g
  • In a bowl or food processor, quickly mix all ingredients except flour. Add flour, quickly knead the dough.
  • Put the dough on a table dusted with flour, divide it into 8-10 pieces.
  • Form pies with your hands, dip each in a beaten egg, then roll in breading and place on a baking sheet covered with paper.
  • Press down a little on each pie, then use a pizza knife or zigzag knife to apply shallow strips on top.
  • Bake in the oven immediately for about 20 minutes at 180-190aboutFROM
