Ingredients

Egg 2 pcs.
Milk 230 ml.
Flour 120 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with a whisk, add salt, flour, mix so that there are no lumps.
  • Pour in milk little by little, achieving a homogeneous dough, but not beating much.
  • Pour the dough into muffin tins, filling by 1/2 (when baking, the dough will rise a lot).
  • Bake in preheated to 220C - 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180C and another 10-15 minutes.
  • False custard buns
  • It is better to eat warm! With any filling. Or without anything! It cooks very quickly and is eaten even faster.
