Caesar refueling

Ingredients

Grated cheese (better hard) 1/3 cup
Olive oil (any plant can be used) 1/2 cup
Wine vinegar (apple cider) 3 tbsp. l.
lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
garlic 2 cloves
mustard beans 1/2 tsp
dry mustard 1/4 tsp
pepper 1/8 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind everything, beat with a blender, store in the refrigerator. Shake well before use!

The proportions of oil-acid "by eye" (more precisely, "on the tongue"), so that it was subjectively tasty. If the dressing is intended to “soak the croutons in the evening”, then it is less spicy, and if you dress the salad, then it is sharper (because the salad is not salted). I didn't add pepper, and it's delicious without it.
