  • Crush the garlic in a mortar with a whisper of salt.
  • Grind herbs and salt in a coffee grinder or blender.
  • Gradually add the ground salt to the garlic mortar.
  • Transfer to a jar with a lid and enjoy !!!!

  • The mere fact that the Italian seasoning was enough for me to cook it. I have already tried it on scrambled eggs, my husband was satisfied.

Somehow my mother-in-law gave me (or rather, my husband took it himself) fresh sage ... well, I smelled it, I immediately imagined that they rinsed it with broth and sent it to dry. Then she rinsed her hair with it.

Something poorly I imagine sage as a seasoning.
But rosemary is yes ..... It grows on my windowsill. The truth is still small.

And if you add fresh sage, you will hear a lot, what kind of medicine?
Did you smell it in the store?

So ... "vota" I shore .... I will come up, take the flowerpot in my hands, run my hand over the leaves and .... drag along ....

Here I am - I bought a rosemary in a pot for the kitchen. And he is so pretty, how can I cut him off ... So I continue to buy, consoled by the thought that he is still small.

And I will definitely make the dressing. I'll just buy sage. Thanks a lot for the recipe.
BlackHairedGirl
Interestingly, interestingly ... I have to do it, although I'm not very good at sage either ... But maybe in the ensemble it will be just right? Tanyusha, I also trudge from your rosemary

Medicinal sage differs in taste and smell from culinary sage. There are many types and varieties of them.

We traditionally use medicinal sage (for treatment) and Clary sage (for cooking and aroma oils).

The Romans considered sage a sacred herb, collecting it only after sacrifices and observing a number of conditions. about this beautiful fragrant plant with violet-blue flowers, a strange, as it might seem, phrase has been composed, which has become winged: "Against the power of death, sage grows in the garden." Until the 12th century, the Gali druids believed that this plant could resurrect to life. The ancient Egyptians and Romans gave sage juice to drink to a woman who wished to become a mother, because it was believed that he "supports and revives everything that was conceived." The souls of children, they believed, come from the kingdom of the dead, and sage attracts them, therefore "Against the power of death, sage grows in the garden." The Romans considered sage a sacred herb, collecting it only after sacrifices and observing a number of conditions. (from the book "Aromas and oils. Healing and rejuvenation. Artyomova)

Tan, in the store it was sealed in a plastic box. Didn't smell. I bought my dried one in the "Indian Spices", it, unlike the pharmacy, is small and does not smell at all.

If in the spice section, then yes .... sage is not the one for the medicine.
Ksyu, hide the list of sage varieties under the spoiler.

Omela, Ksyushik, thanks for the aromatic salt, it turned out very fragrant!
I already have one, a mixture of Ulyap and Bzhedug, and now another has appeared!

Ksyusha, I'm glad you like it. It is stored in a closed jar for a very long time in the refrigerator.
Trishka
Oh, I wrote well about the refrigerator, I thought it could be stored in a cabinet!
Omela
No, there's fresh garlic in the same place .. if you use dried garlic, then yes, maybe in a cabinet, but only in the refrigerator.
Trishka
Yes ?
And I have Ulyap-Bzhedub salt, too, with fresh garlic, although there is a different carriage of pepper, and so - such salt has been in the closet for more than a year and nothing!
Omela
Nunenayu .. I keep mine with the refrigerator and the lid with a silicone gasket so that it does not weather out.
Trishka
Uh-huh, the boss got it!

it all depends on the packaging of the rosemary. I haven't seen by weight for a long time

We sell in packages in network supers, as a rule, Israeli. And on the market, bundles are divided, you can ask for 50 rubles. small.)

I report: I did.
according to the simplest, and alas, budget option available to me - that is:
rosemary - "what kind" - just dried in a bag - 10 gr.
sage - again "what was it" in the nearest pharmacy - yes, the simplest medicinal "sage leaves of Krasnogorskleksredstva" - 2 tsp. with a slide
well and garlic - 1 BIG clove.
and even grinded everything in a blender, in the absence of a mortar.
When I ground salt and sage in a blender, I scolded myself for buying it at the pharmacy, and there was no fresh rosemary, first I put 5 grams of dried rosemary. Then I added another 5 grams of rosemary - it got better. And when I added garlic - I did not regret it at all - it turned out OFIGITELLNOOO
I (from myself) did not expect this, because I did it according to a completely budget option, "what if it works out ..." It turned out great. I can imagine how awesome it is with the right ingredients. I have already tried it when cooking fish and threw a small pinch into boiled potatoes. Vkuuussnoooo
Omela
Kestrel, Anna, how delicious they described everything !!! Glad you liked. And thanks for reminding me about this salt, I have to do it!
Kestrel
Omela, Thank you . I, most importantly (I hope), shared a budget option so that those who, like me, did not have the right ingredients in the free and quick access, were still not afraid to try to make such salt, even in this version it turned out to be just cool!
Thank you again!
Tumanchik
Ksun, I created it! I plucked my window slides. What can I say then ?! News! Toka, I doubted 20 grams of rosemary. It's too light. I put the lope and found it. Gram 10. Very fragrant and scent! It will be great to sprinkle potatoes!
