Pork neck (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Meat (neck) 8 large pieces
For the marinade
Adjika 1 tsp
Soy sauce 50ml
Salt pepper taste
Narsharab 2-3 st. l.
Juice of half a lemon optional

Cooking method

  • Marinate the meat in the resulting marinade for at least an hour.
  • Place it neatly in the cuckoo's bowl (lay the pieces in layers)
  • We select the Stew mode and after 40 minutes the delicious neck is ready.
  • After the end of the program, you do not need to immediately take out the meat from the bowl, let the meat "rest" for at least 10-15 minutes, it is better to do this on heating.
  • Pork neck (Cuckoo 1054)

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Note

Very often I make meat this way. I don't put onions, but I serve pickled onions with this meat. The neck turns out sooo juicy.

Thank you. And the most important thing is simple and not complicated. My parents are conservative in food, so for a treat I tried to make the simplest option ... no frills

Tanyush, very appetizing meat. I will definitely cook it. I see your neck is not greasy. Or is it not visible in the photo?

Not fat, so moderate ... with interlayers. Due to these layers, it turns out to be so juicy. The niece was ... supposedly not to eat meat ... she diminished half a piece and still thought to finish eating or not

I am now going to stew beef in slices, marinated in nashrab and soy sauce. Nashrab does not give a sweet aftertaste, otherwise my husband does not like it. I have a little beef. Enough 15 minutes at 110 degrees?

It’s hard for me to say, I don’t eat meat, but it’s not sweet, but slightly sour. Enough, 15 minutes in the end will be 45 minutes.

I think it will do. Although you can use whichever marinade you like best. I just love Narsharab so much that I just have to hide the bottles from me, otherwise I go around like rosehip syrup and ... I sip a little bit ooooooo tasty. Maybe where you will see it on sale, it seems to me that it is being sold everywhere now.
I mainly use this onePork neck (Cuckoo 1054)
that's the same not bad Pork neck (Cuckoo 1054)

And the cuckoo is a Cuckoo multicooker-pressure cooker, we just call it a cuckoo. You can certainly do it in the oven, in the AG, or in another multicooker.
