Natalia Irkutsk, Alas, there is no way to turn it off, at least for now under warranty.

Olya, do you know many ovens with internal lighting?
To me on you In general, I don’t know such stoves. As the person asked, so I answered. To me, this backlight is completely unnecessary, like the window. Maybe at first it was interesting, because I didn't bake bread before buying a bread machine. And now I don't come up in the process, the main thing is to follow the kolobok at the beginning of the batch with the lid open and that's it.
Dusya Tapkina
The other day my husband brought me a bread maker 1203. At work, they were given a gift, I tried to bake bread. Baking from the ready-made mixture in the main 1 mode. Everything worked out great. And that's all ... the scoreboard doesn't light up anymore. In general, the stove turned out to be disposable. It's a pity, I even liked it
Chamomile
Dusya Tapkina, you're just out of luck. Try to return to the store or have it repaired. We make Mystery and Supra under warranty in the workshop on N. Rudnev. In the area of the former military department store.
Dusya Tapkina
Chamomile1, her husband was presented at work, of course, the warranty card was not canceled. but still try to repair it. I liked the result.

Hello! Can you please tell me where you can buy a bowl at Mystery 1202? Maybe there are bowls from other HP that fit her? Thank you in advance for your response.

The oil seal also began to leak, Mystery's free service number 8-800-100-20-17 did not get through, the phone is busy.
I called the nearest service center, they said the buckets are not being repaired.

There is some kind of blue ring inside the oil seal, probably a gasket, it would be replaced. I tried to take out the axle, it is very tight. If you do a complete disassembly of the bucket, then you need to drill out the rivets and already select a gasket or an oil seal.

I slowed down a little before the New Year's excitement, the Mystery 1202 bread makers were pushed through after repairs for 1300r, now they are not even on sale!

Arthaslada
Can you please tell me if mode 12 "baking" can be used to bake ready-made dough mixed by hand? And then the instructions say that this mode is used only for heating finished products.
Raduga0808
Good day to all and lush bread
And we have a nuisance, the mixer has disappeared (disappeared), where I can't buy my mind, and I can't get through to the service: girl_sad can anyone have an extra one, I would buy

Today I bought Mystery 1202 to replace my old Moulinex. It is already all thundering, the bucket is shifting, although her husband was repairing it. Haven't tried it yet. But here I look in the video and in the manual, on the sides where the handle is attached to the bucket, in the case there are such pieces of iron that, like, snap the handle of the bucket into the housing, so that the bucket does not move. My Mulka also has these. And here in Mystery they are not.
Chamomile
akvamarin171, let's take a photo - top view with the lid open. I have pieces of iron on the sides, but I have a stove for a long time. Maybe now they are doing it differently.
akvamarin171
Program 10 I have rye bread, I would like dumplings too. But in other models, where there is dumplings, the recipe is still in yeast. Therefore, there is probably no point in this.
Chamomile
Oh, and really became different. I have no rye bread. But I bake 50 * 50 on the main one.

I'm in doubt. Or just pass it in or try to bake, suddenly everything will be fine ...

Marina, I have several stoves with different mounting methods. Those that do not have "ears" for the bucket are inserted at a slight angle and fixed by turning around the axis. Try it.

dopleta, I tried to roll the scapula with my hand. Maybe when everything engages, it is held by this. It turns out that the Mystery made changes to the model. I have a production date of 11.2014. She took the last one. In general, tomorrow I will test. Goodnight.
akvamarin171
The bread is good. true prescription with Mulinex - proven. She didn't risk it.

Dear bakers, SOS! Child on a gluten-free diet. Is there a gluten-free edible bread recipe for our bread machine? We can use rice, corn, buckwheat flour. Eggs can be, oil is different too. I don't really want to bake out of the mixture, everything is mixed there. Maybe someone tried it, baking?

So the same question arose before me. After 2.5 years, the bucket of my Mystery 1204 began to leak. My Rollsen is already standing without the bucket, there the shaft fell out. Today I made an order for a bucket for Rolsen on the Detalyuga.com website. The order is accepted, I will wait for the result. On this site, you can order all kinds of parts for HP of different models. If the order is fulfilled, and the result suits me, I will then order a bucket and a knife for Mystery. I also have a problem with the knife for a long time: the dough sticks to it, and I have to pull out a knife with a huge piece of crumb from the bread
sazalexter
A strange feeling from this site are spare parts for keyboards, mice, spare parts for plots ... By definition, there are no spare parts on them.
And everything is only on order, strange shop. Here's another site 🔗
Tatiana S.
Probably strange, but I simply did not find another, and the drowning man grabbed at a straw, so he grabbed. Now I looked at the site that you indicated, but I did not find either Rolsen or Mystery there. Boom waiting for my order to be answered

Good day everyone!
Yesterday we bought a bread maker, baked delicious white bread, but after the process of work, we noticed at the bottom of the bucket a scraping off of a kneading spatula, the spatula is put on to the end so that the rod sticks out of the blade, the question is - something must be put under the kneading blade, if so what, if it is possible with a photo, thanks in advance to everyone!

It is advisable to dissolve salt and sugar beforehand, these are abrasives.

Dmitry89, I bake with pressed yeast and put the last salt and sugar, without dissolving, on flour, my stove has been for several years and the bucket is in order.

Hello to all bakers! My wife and I became happy (?) Owners of the Mystery 1202 oven, but here's the problem: they tried to bake bread in it three times and all three times our bread turned out to be unbaked. Here is a photo of the last home_baker recipe from this thread (with mayonnaise, link to post: Bread makers Mystery 1202/1203
Bread makers Mystery 1202/1203
But in the recipe there is a crust - medium, and we put the most fried one. As you can see: the bread rises normally, but it just doesn't bake to the end, and if you put a medium and white crust, then I think it will be even worse. And so with all three rolls (the first - program 2, 500 g, fried crust, recipe from the instructions; second - program 1, 750 g, fried crust, recipe from the Internet).
Tell me, is this a marriage? Or are we doing something wrong?
mir_ka
M @ X1M, DD! try covering it with foil. Since your crumb seems to be normal. Although my sides are rounder. Probably something with ten.
dopleta
In the third degree, the crust cannot be so light. Even on the first one it is more rosy. I'm sure there is a disorder in the heat regulation of the stove.

It seems so in the photo. In fact, the crumb is also not baked as it should, it is worth touching and sticks together into the dough.

So we think that something is wrong. Here they wrote about the "adjusting screw" holding the sensor, but I did not understand where it is located. Maybe someone who played it would post a photo or describe in more detail where he is? If its twisting does not help, then only a return will remain, apparently.

here, I hope it will fit for the mystery. since there are three screws in mine. One at the exit of the ten, one attaches the ten to the wall and just another screw on the wall.

My mystery 1203 was bought from hands for 1000 rubles. for the sake of the bucket, since the OW1000 moulinex began to leak, and the buckets are the same. The only difference is in the sidewalls of the bucket attachment, which were planned to be rearranged. But since they did nothing for the Mysteries except for a couple of jams and the design was prettier, I began to compare and understand. Like many with Moulinex 2000, Mystery 1202/1203 and similar clones, the bread and especially the lid were pale, under-baked. Experimenting with the program, I found the longest number 2, put it on a dark crust, and for the sake of increasing the time by 1000 grams. The relationship is as follows: crust - temperature changes, weight - time changes. As a result, 500 gram bread on a dark crust setting and 1 kg was quite acceptable, but not the same as from the old mulinex. Experiments with covering and prolongation of baking in the heating mode also did not give a dramatic change. I disassembled and removed the top with the control panel, put a piece of mica under the temperature sensors and screwed it back without inserting the fastening bar into the upper eyelet, so that it would less contact with the baking chamber and would not transmit the temperature to the sensors in full. It got better, but still not like in a mule)). At the same time, I also tried 500 gr at max. time as for 1 kg and dark crust. Angry during the next disassembly, I laid several pieces of mica, about 3-4 layers, and fixed it with a screw without inserting the ears of the bar into both holes. That is, the bar with the sensors stopped touching the camera at all. When baking in the same mode, already 10 minutes before the end, the crust was ruddy, the smell during baking was similar to moulinex, distinct, and 5 minutes before the end I took out the fried loaf so as not to burn it. If I had put on the 450 g mode, the time would have been less by just 5 minutes and would have taken it out with the signals for the end of the mode. In general, covering and standing on heating is not an option, the temperature is still not the same and the taste, the smell will differ from the "standard". Along the way, with the rise in temperature, the problem of a cracked roof was solved, it is believed that in the coolness the yeast does not have time to work and begins to rise at the beginning of baking with a break in the top. With several layers of mica under the sensors - the bread is raised and even). There are still questions with kneading, I do not like such a frantic speed, and the dough and the engine and the oil seal suffer 2 times more than that of the mule, but here I already think the construct will not allow changing something. As a result, the transplant of the bucket is still being postponed, perhaps the mystery will remain the main unit).
jostik
DJ_Stas, and you have not tried dripping butter in the middle of the 2nd batch, my Mystery has the whole loaf browning evenly and the smell when baking is completely different.
DJ_Stas
I'll try, I dripped a couple of times before baking, it's delicious, but then the bottom and sides of the bread are greasy)
DJ_Stas
jostik, yes, it will be interesting on the gland what you will stick in, I have a moulinex with a similar bucket already pouring coals under the bucket, but there is a white fluoroplastic ring sticking out there, and a red rubber ring in the mystery. On Avito I saw both rings and assembled with a stock, but at a price of 750 r, I do not dare to set + shipment, I wrote above that the mystery is almost zero with a bucket for 1000 r. got)
jostik
DJ_Stas, you're in luck with the bucket!

The saddest and funniest thing in the service center was that they did not find a suitable oil seal, but asked the ironworkers in the Kanavinsky market of Nizhny Novgorod, there are also no such oil seals, and when I showed them the oil seal from the bucket, they were surprised to say that they saw such an oil seal for the first time, although many write that on the market there are oil seals like mud ..

In auto parts, too, such a small oil seal was not picked up. And on the Internet, oil seals are sold from 300 rubles + shipping, but it still needs to fit in size, and who knows what they can send, to be honest, it's a pity for this gasket and a hundred rubles ..

I also asked hydraulic seals for construction equipment, advised armored cuffs (they are also oil seals), but does it hold a high temperature and contact with food, again you need to go and select the dimensions. But it's cheap, you can probably ask around in bearing stores.

Craftsmen grind bushings, but the turner will probably also break the price, while I am temporarily wise with silicone gaskets, I bake a roll, I take apart a bucket and see where it leaks ..

I disassembled the bread maker, the mechanics will still work fine, just lubricated the shaft that rotates the shaft of the bucket blade. By the way, there are no bearings either, as in the mystery bucket, the rotation is "dry", only the shaft and bushing, so you need to periodically smear it).
DJ_Stas
jostik, yes, it seems that the bakers do not have an ideal ready-made solution, the collective farm over the oil seals continues .. And in the meantime, there is a businessman on the same Avito who advertises the repair of a bucket for different models of the order of 1200 rubles. I wish we could find out from him what, as well as a repair kit for future use. In the meantime, I see my only option - to view ads and buy complete with a used oven and minimal wear. Fortunately, there are many clones. Everything is cheaper than 2-3 sput for a new one from the SC. If possible, post a photo of the disassembled bucket.

Yeast-free here means a type of cake. But real bread without yeast, leavened, cannot be baked according to the included program. Sourdough bread takes longer to prepare. For such bread, I only knead in HP.
akvamarin171
I have a problem - it throws the flour out of the bucket when mixing starts. Moulinex did not have this, well, or insignificantly.
Irgata
Quote: akvamarin171
throws the flour out of the bucket when you start mixing.
because the bucket is not high, wide at the bottom. In the first mystery, and now in the supra, at the beginning of the kneading, I mix flour into the dough from the corners, quickly kneaded the flour, wetted it and no longer got dusty. before I thought of interfering, I covered the bucket with a plump silicone substrate under the hot one, I just have the right size.
