Friends! Need your help.
Presented a new Kenwood BM 350, but no luck. We tried brioche on program 6. The bread maker kneaded everything right, switched to baking and turned on the stirrer three times during baking.

Naturally, from the spatula working in the baking process, everything fell off, twisted and turned out to be spoiled. The instructions did not find clear instructions - whether it was necessary to remove the stirrer blade before baking.

We tried it on program 1 - the stirrer still works during baking. To top it off, the bread was not baked, it remained raw and white, although everything was done strictly according to the instructions and the average crust was chosen. I had to additionally bake three times for ten minutes on program 13 (baking only) - and the mixer still works.

I don't understand - if the device has a delayed start - then it is assumed that she kneads and bakes without my participation - well, how would I sleep, and she bakes. Otherwise, you will have to set the alarm to remove the stirrer blade ...

Forgive my absurdity - but Do I need to remove the spatula after kneading, or is it some kind of defect in the copy I got? And why, after the completion of the process, the bread remained white and damp and had to be baked?

I no longer put fruits early, and I also check that there are no large pieces of nuts and other frames =)

everything is just super !!! and letting the scratches start like scars adorn the bucket)

Hmmm ....... we baked our first bread yesterday - everything was great.
Apparently, early we were happy. The second time they turned on the Kenwood BM900 stove - it went through all the cycles, but the baking cycle worked, but the heating element did not turn on.
We tried to use the "Baking" mode separately - the same garbage.
Apparently, the heating element has flown, since the fan is spinning and not heating.

Who had such problems, what to do?

what to do?
It is more convenient to drag her to the store or to the service.
PchelkaMaya
Thank you. They returned to the store, took the money. Bought BM 450 in another.

Good day!

They asked to repost on this topic, I hope they will help me. I bought a Kenwood BM 350 bread maker. At first, the bucket seemed to be somehow fixed in the body, after 3 weeks it just dangles back and forth, you can imagine how it will bryak during the preparation of bread. The photo shows what the whole structure looks like, on the last two it is fastened (inserted vertically at an angle, then clockwise, but does not snap into place)

🔗 🔗 🔗 🔗

After searching on the Internet, I found one feature, everywhere there are ears on the side of the form and on the body, as for example here
🔗

They are also present in the photos on the box. The question arises, in my case it is some other modification or marriage. I bought it in m-video, conducted an examination, the result of which was the conclusion that the stove meets all parameters and can work
sazalexter
Judging by the photo, this is a new modification with a bayonet lock like in Panasonic! Very reliable connection

Then why doesn't the lock work, maybe the bucket is not from this model? At the beginning of operation, when fixing the form, when turning clockwise, the grooves on the bucket were clamped, but did not snap into place. Now the form just dangles. What to do with such a stove, I don’t know.

Dear colleagues, help with advice, please.
Kenwood 350 has already bored.
Of course, you can close your eyes to everything, except for one moment. It heats up sooo much inside, as if baking. This strongest heating starts at different times of the program, but closer to the beginning of the program. Ie.there are no normal conditions for fermentation of the dough, the yeast stupidly dies, and a brick is obtained.
During this heating, the stove clicks in a special way, so it clicks, and when the baking mode is on.
We do not have the service of this company.
Can anyone tell me what is the reason for such a breakdown? And dad, then, will try to twist it. Maybe you need to solder something? We will try that too.
poiuytrewq
Qween, the principle of operation for all HPs is similar.

On the one hand, this is a program that is "wired" into the "brains" of HP, and according to which a certain temperature must be maintained at each stage of this program. On the other hand, it is a thermostat that must withstand this very "certain temperature". Technically, this is a thermal sensor and a heating element that turns on and off (the same click that you hear).

Therefore, either the program in the "brains" of the HP has lost its way and in the mode of raising the dough it issues a command for strong heating, or the temperature sensor is faulty, which does not "understand" that there is already enough heating.

I don't know if it is possible to control this whole process at home ...
Qween
Thank you dear poiuytrewq !
Oh yes, we can't control the process at home, in that case.
Kenwood behaved like that at once, but not often, and now he began to warm all the time, like mad. It's a pity ... the stove itself is still in good condition.

By the way, she always kneaded in one direction, and after 2.5 years, sometimes she began to twist the spatula in both directions alternately.
In general, these Kenwoods are so cool.
poiuytrewq
Once the scapula is spinning in different directions ... then it definitely pulls the HP's "brains". Apparently overheated ...

Good luck!
Jefry
Here the topic was that at 350x Kens the blade SUDDENLY STOPPED to rotate in different directions ... Maybe there is such a motor, which turns purple in which direction? But brains (electronics) have nothing to do with it.

Jefry , there is a persistent feeling that not just the motor is violet, but the Kenwood firm finally is violet, what kind of bread their bakers make.

PS: My conclusions are almost objective, since HP Kenwood is owned by several more of my friends. I especially liked that when one girl, when she got sick of the 350 model, bought, without thinking twice, the 450 model. She said that the advertisement said that this is a completely new, most awesome model of a bread machine.

Bread maker KENWOOD BM 260:
I was making jam, I was too lazy to defrost berries (strawberries, blueberries). As a result, at the level of the blade, the non-stick coating peeled off from the sides right down to the metal. Of course, I understand that the fruit had to be defrosted. But, excuse me, the quality of the non-stick coating is g .. but. Well, I didn't put granite chips in there.

In short, keep in mind.
Jefry
And besides berries, was there sugar? Until it dissolves, it does not differ much from granite chips and can remove ANY coating. Read the forum - jams in HP are prepared either without sugar, or pre-dissolved, or those who have a spare bucket with a dead coating.
Antonovka
Jefry,
or pre-dissolve it
Damn, I didn't know ... Didn't dissolve Or is it just for the Kenwoods? (with hope)

There was sugar. But I used to make jam before - and nothing. The berries were thawed. No, not that I'm very upset ... I screwed up myself.
But no quality of expensive technology just finishes off. In the bowl of the Panasonic multicooker, scratches appear from the native (!) Scapula from the kit. For Kenwood, four thousand rubles with a tail, you see, sugar is an abrasive.

Soon you will buy a bread maker and in the operating instructions you will read like "Congratulations on purchasing a high-quality product xxx. And now we recommend that you put it back in its original packaging and buy a bun at your nearest store."

Hello forum users! help to figure out what is the reason? HP (kenwood bm 210) was bought a month ago, everything was fine, it has not baked bread three times in a row, the top is white, it does not rise, it turns out cool. And most importantly, the roof of the hp itself is very hot (one might say fiery)
Qween
angie , very hot lid during kneading? Are the boca HPs hot too?

The oven is good, it bakes everything perfectly (even by eye). The bucket does not pop out - but taps and is free in the holder. I think the grooves will break soon. There is time for a replacement! If everyone has it, then it's a pity to change. Has attached to her - as he said bakes by eye, but any imagination. There were no breakdowns.
Tell me is it worth changing? !!!

I had such a stove, it suited everyone, but after working for 11 months I ordered to live a long time, in the service center after 45 days they issued a conclusion about the impossibility of repair, the money was returned in the store, for the second year I have been baking in Panasonic. The bucket in Kenwood did not knock, it was well fixed, it dangles in Panasonic, I'm already used to it, I don't pay attention.

And my bucket flies out during kneading, what should I do?

I would change it before it's too late, one thing the bucket dangles, and the other flies.

Good day! I have such a problem, can someone tell me. We bought a Kenwood BM900 six months ago, she bakes excellent bread, there are no complaints, but just a month ago, when the baking process begins in any program, a hum began to be heard in the area of the rear ventilation openings, as if a fan was working ... so far it is not particularly worried, but the main problem is that at first this was not. Can anyone come across such "changes" and tell me what it may be connected with and what to expect next ... and is it worth looking for the address of the service center
Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone!
I bought HP Kenwood VM250, baked bread 3 times, once put a medium crust, and 2 times dark, but did not notice any difference, the crust is very pale. Is this a marriage? Should the money be returned for this reason? (1 week has passed since the purchase)

Hello everybody! Yesterday she joined the ranks of bakers. I have a Kenwood BM210. Today I baked for the first time bread weighing 700 grams. I shifted the yeast a little, the dome fell out. But the fact is that when you select the "light crust" mode, the crust of the bread is light brown, beautiful, and the top is completely white. Why? I chose the mode for 700 gr. Is the stove the problem?

Is it deadly?

Over time, it will rub in and will be a little quieter. Here no one hid that the Kenwoods are noisy, but this is a payment for the "power" of the batch.

The oil seal in the BM 450 bucket flew. Can it be repaired? If not, then who knows where to buy new cheap in Moscow?
ludmilo4ka
tell me who knows! kenwood 450 began to rumble slightly and at the bottom of the shaft (probably that’s what it’s called) black dust is obtained from friction of the metal. read on the forum about the use of heat shrink tubing to reduce friction. who knows what?
sazalexter
ludmilo4ka Or bucket repair, as - in detail is on the forum. Or bucket replacement, everything else from the evil one

I have kenwood vm256. 2 weeks of daily baking - everything was fine, but for a couple of days in a row ordinary bread on the 1st program turns out to be pale.I expose the crust in a darker way, the weight is according to the norm, the voltage is normal - it is connected through a voltage stabilizer. The dough rises well, bakes, but does not fry. Is it a breakdown or what? The stove was bought 2 weeks ago.

A week ago I bought a Kenwood BM 260 bread maker. She bakes bread perfectly, now she doesn't feel like going to the store at all. I bake every day.
But here's the problem: the creepy chemical smell of plastic when baking. Today I baked bread for a longer time (a loaf of 750 grams), I thought I would suffocate. Who had a similar problem, share your experience, please.
Lana
I had binaton 2169, I also had a chemical smell, after a week of baking it disappeared.
Clubnika
Lana, thanks, I hope it disappears from me too. When I aired the kitchen, I remembered an advertisement for bread makers - do you want to wake up not from an alarm clock, but from the aroma of freshly baked bread?

The motor of the Philips HD9040 bread maker broke down, you have to pay 3500 rubles for repairs. The bread maker was presented, the warranty card and the receipt are lost forever. Under warranty, it can be repaired if at least one of the documents is present. I ask the members of the forum for advice, can anyone help?

People Who took apart the Kenwood 210? How to remove the bottom? 4 bolts were unscrewed, but the bottom cannot be removed
It seems there are latches, but my husband walked around the perimeter of the case with a knife. The latches are visible, one even somehow cut off, and the bottom is not gu-gu. It seems that it is still holding on to something.
WHO IS IN COURSE, RESPOND

Help!!!!
I bought HP a few days ago, tried to bake bread twice, everything was according to the recipe, I measured it exactly, and started it in order. Both times the bread turned out damp inside, the second time the bottom and sides were baked, and the crust remained completely white (baked in the fast baking mode). what to do?? Has anyone encountered such a problem? It seems that the temperature is low and there is not enough heat.
HP Kenwood 250
Lenok_cn
Try to bake not on the fast mode, but on the basic one! On fast bread does not have time to really distance and bake.

Hello everyone! Can anyone come across such a problem - I have a Kenwood 450, the control panel does not fog up a lot during baking. Is this marriage or the norm?

Friends! Help with advice! after a long break I decided to put some bread. I choose the main program and when turned on, it starts accelerated by 58 minutes. I turned it off and out of the socket and it cooled down with me. But when you select any program, it is the accelerated one that works! Although I've never tried it, I love the main one and have always used it! Is it that HP's brains flew? There is no service in my city, I have to go to another city, but I don't have the opportunity right now ...
Kristiano
Good day! Please tell me what could be with the BM900, which means that every other time the stove is cut down about 20 minutes before the end of baking. Yesterday baking passed the norms, but today the program stopped in about 20 minutes and had to bake it in the oven ..
We have been using it for 4 months, maybe this is a problem with voltage drops?
Sibelis
The stove is new, I'm trying to make friends. There was a problem: I turn on the power, and it immediately starts on the 1st program, it does not wait for any start button. Then I turn it off, turn it on again, then it's normal, it beeps and waits. So everything would be fine, but today I wanted to put on the timer, and she, the infection, started the batch. Spoiled food. What is it, a glitch, or I haven't got used to it yet?
mirinka
Robyaty, I have a kenwood bm450, an excellent thing, the bread is delicious, but ... during kneading, it began to rumble, before the bucket was removed a little, now it is enough to turn it counterclockwise with one finger, I'm afraid it would not fly off during kneading, I think the fastening has weakened ( You take off the bucket - there are two horns sticking out), I tried to bring them together with pliers a little - I didn't have enough strength, and what to do?
PS: The window fogs up during mixing, then it fogs up.
Sibelis
I also fog up, but in the first stove it did not fog up, an infection.
Could such a respected company as Kenwood have such a range in quality and linear dimensions? Do these shops produce them "on the knee"?
sazalexter
Quote: Sibelis

Do these shops produce them "on the knee"?
They are not produced at the same De'Longhi plant in China.
Sibelis
I guess where Kenwood makes his stoves. I meant that this particular store may have a "left" batch, made not at the Delonghi plant in China, but, for example, at the Mytishchensky tire fitting ...
