Vegetable kugel

Ingredients

Zucchini 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Egg 1 PC.
Rice flour 2h l.
Sour cream 200g.
Cheese 80g.
Salt, pepper, Italian mix seasoning taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices.


  • Grate onions, carrots, cheese. Add sour cream, egg, flour, seasonings. Mix.


  • Grease the form with vegetable oil. Put half of the zucchini on top of the sour cream and vegetable mass. Repeat one more time.


  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cook for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature

  • up to 180 ° C. Bake for another 20-30 minutes, until golden brown is formed. Serve hot or warm; can be decorated with fresh herbs.
