Ingredients

Pasta by number of servings
Butter - to your taste so that the pasta does not stick together
Walnuts taste
Lemon zest - fresh taste
Sugar sand taste
Chocolate powder, three grated favorite chocolate taste
Ground cinnamon, I used a spicy gingerbread mixture taste

Cooking method

  • Boil pasta in salted water, drain. Add a piece of butter, stir.
  • Put on a plate, sprinkle with sugar, zest, chocolate, cinnamon on top. Stir well and serve cold.
  • I served warm and did not stir, but as it is with sprinkles.

Recipe from the book "Secrets of Italian Cuisine". A classic recipe for a chocolate dessert from Perugia, the birthplace of the Eurochocolate holiday.
The recipe includes homemade pasta - which I don't have.
So I changed the recipe a little, took two varieties of pasta, and added a piece of butter after boiling.
The recipe says "You can take as much of each ingredient as you like according to your taste."
