Ingredients

Hot pepper
Now I'm preparing the marinade:
Water 150 ml
Vinegar to taste
I use apple or wine natural
150 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • What are we going to do with pepper.
  • I put the pepper on the wire rack under the grill without peeling and bake until black. Now I peel it off, put it in a bowl, add the crushed garlic.
  • Taste the marinade to your taste
  • We boil water, add all the other ingredients, let it boil.

  • Pour pepper with hot marinade. Let the liquid cool.
  • I cover the pepper with a flat lid and put it under the load so that all the pepper is under the marinade. I leave it to ferment for 3-4 days right in the room.
  • Put the finished pepper in a jar and put it in the refrigerator.

Note

After your questions, I fermented this pepper at home, which I share with you.
I collected all the stocks of hot (small and long) and sweet peppers of various sizes at home and made such a snack.
Now the question is - which is hotter and tastier - fermented hot pepper or freshly cooked grated horseradish?
