Ingredients

Veal
Butter
Onion
Sweet pepper
Garlic, crushed
Carrot slices
Tomato slices
Herbs-ants, salt, pepper

Cooking method

  • - Stewed lean veal in a multicooker for 1.5 hours in the Stew mode without adding water.
  • - Saute onion, sweet pepper, crushed garlic, carrots in pieces, tomatoes in pieces in butter until the water evaporates.
  • - Add herbs, ants, salt, pepper - check the taste.
  • - Add stewed vegetables to the meat in a slow cooker and simmer for another 30 minutes, so that everything is stewed together, soaked in goodies and made friends with each other.

Note

Delicious meat. I just made changes. For lack of tomatoes and peppers, I added dry paprika and ketchup. The result is pleasing. Only the second time I stewed for another 1.5 hours, that is, in the end I cooked for 3 hours. You can see the piece of beef is a little too old or in the wrong place
