I have a Panasonic outside heats up quite a bit, I freely touch my hand. Slightly warm.
Well, okay. That is, formidable warnings can be ignored in the sense that it is not decisive in the choice.
I realized one thing - the choice will be spontaneous. Either on the basis of the presence or, if there are both bread machines, then on the sensations of the type like or dislike. If there is equality, then I will throw a coin in the store. I won't give my wife the right to choose. Firstly, because her choice will definitely stop at the third x / stove, and secondly, because she has no luck with technology, but technology loves me. All my life the minimum number of problems, warranty claims and other troubles.
Uh, hands itch to try a lot at once.
The forum is excellent. Thank you for not being lazy to write. A whole science to people like me - beginners.

Do not neglect, but retreat a little The manufacturers are reinsured, and suddenly you feel warm and say warmly, and they will have to pay you that they did not warn you (this is not for us, of course) Just like the lid is not opened, but everything is calmly opened and how they want it with programs and play

And for a very long time I was afraid to look into a working stove
Then she dared, it turned out, she thrashes the bun so cool!
And when a choice of two is not a choice, but an alternative. Choice is when there are definitely more than two. When you have three pairs of shoes in front of you, you always understand exactly which ones are prettier. But when two ...

Old Miller, listen to yourself.
If you had to choose between an ax (okay and with an ax made to fit your hand) and a set of tools for all occasions, what would you keep for yourself?
This I mean that Panasonic-255 is a good ax (cut down a hut and build furniture), and Delongy-125 is a set of tools.
These stoves are the leaders of our CIS site. Look for them.

Now this is clearer. Forgive the abstract analogy, I am a carpenter, and I started with a station wagon. Now I have given it up and I have seven narrow-profile machines. The variability is many times higher. This is not entirely true, but understandable.
The topic describes the pros and cons of both bread makers. And it is difficult for someone who does not know anything to make a choice - red or spicy, round or salty, sad or soft. One is better in one, another is better.
If I understood correctly, the stoves are different both in the idea for the user and in the nuances of execution. I realized one thing, both devices are worthy.
All! Must find and buy in a week. And bake the most delicious bread on the very first day!
Yes, I'm sorry. Another question. How do both x / ovens cope with the dumplings dough? I mean several mixes in a row. The fact is that when I beat cattle, then one of the ways of processing meat is dumplings, a lot, so for the whole winter. My wife and I love to sculpt them (so, slowly, under a calm conversation ..), but manually kneading a lot of dough is still a joy. I'd rather have cut ten cubes of wood. So I hope that the miracle stove will help in this.
3ay4ik
the dough in Panasonic is kneaded for 20 minutes. While you and your wife stick dumplings from this dough, then the bread maker will have time to rest (you need 15-20 minutes) and knead a new portion of dough

old Miller , I also had a choice between these two stoves. When I saw DeLongi "live", I immediately realized that she was not about me. The construction seemed too slender and "muslin" (oh, right now, the owners of DeLongi will live with me, but I speak only for myself). I bought a Panasonic 255 and never for a second regretted my choice. How many times I ran several batches in a row, significantly exceeded the permissible amount of flour, but Panasonic always coped with the task with honor, and there was not the slightest hint that the oven was working through force and strain. If you need a "workhorse" in your home, then, in my opinion, there is nothing better than Panasonic in our market.
natalka
I started this topic and hesitated terribly. The decisive factor was just the external difference and the quality of the models. I stopped at Panasonic and at first was a little nervous that the parameters are not regulated in all programs, but later I realized that the stove is just smart and the adjustment happens automatically (just like the multicooker itself decides how much to cook porridge for her). I baked bread from 750 gr. flour, I just took recipes from Mulinex 5000 without recounting, and did not notice any strain, although the instructions say that the maximum is 600 gr. flour. As a result, I was VERY happy with the stove and have never regretted my choice. Moreover, after that we bought Panasonic's mom as well, because his bread is something. And I never wanted to change something in the program.

I use the dumplings dough function a lot. I realized from the first try that the bread maker copes with this dough better than me. The dough is excellent, I give a break to the stove for 10 minutes and put it on the second run if necessary ... There is no baking and the oven does not need to cool down. In general, Panasonic is a stove for those who want to get excellent bread without unnecessary troubles, I have had a stove since the New Year - but I haven't had a single pancake, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Hello everybody! You can congratulate on your debut on the forum. I have been using bread makers for several months. I tried 2 models Holland Electronic, Kenwood 256. I wanted to take Delonghi 125, but I was a little confused by the temperature regimes and permanent links in all the recipes in the manual - if the product is not baked, use the electric oven mode. As a result, we got a Panasonic 254, but slightly different in modes: there is no jam, dumplings, but there is Italian bread and a sandwich. He won me over with the performance and silence of the work. Although at first upset the lack of a window. A few days later I realized that there was nothing to look at. This is an AUTOMATIC Bread Maker. Principle: put the ingredients - got the bread. And the main thing is not to disturb her. And buns, buns, muffins are still better baked in the oven.
And one more remark. Somewhere they compared the temperature of the case of Panasonic 255 and Delonghi 125. We just forgot to say that the temperature inside the bread makers:
Delonghi 125 110-125С
Panasonic 255 170C.
al_rd
And how does the temperature difference affect the quality of the baked bread? What is the recommended baking temperature?
But I have never used the electric oven mode for finishing baking. Bread is perfectly baked in all modes if you strictly follow the recommendations and most importantly, as already mentioned here, observe the balance of flour and water.
UmSabir
I chose between these two models. decided to take 125 delongues, but she was not in Rostov. I took a Panasonic 255. What I absolutely do not regret

So, I think that many people have such a problem, do sellers really not study demand in any way
I myself tried for three or four months to find the model I needed, searched the Internet throughout the country, sent requests - everywhere the answer was NO. So as soon as I saw it, and even in my city, I immediately bought
Mams
About demand. I here at the ICBT forum asked one seller how many bread machines are sold in his online store, he replied - dozens. Much less than other household appliances. I think that the stores do not want to find out the demand, since they are bought very few. There are few real connoisseurs, alas
al_rd
I think Mr. KV Khlyustov is a little cunning. And again he started a dispute over the economic feasibility of baking his own bread. Few people still trust online stores, they are not so developed everywhere. For example, in Ukraine, only in Kiev. Even in a city like Kharkov, there are only a few of them. So, none of the Kharkiv online store has Breadmakers (I mean the most popular ones - Panasonic, Delongee), as well as there are none in ordinary stores. And where there is (for example, MegaMax, Megaopt), then at unrealistic prices (Panasonic $ 250-300). I have about 10 friends who want to buy bread makers from these manufacturers and cannot.
Mams
It is quite possible that he is disingenuous.

Although the device is certainly not in great demand. You are lucky, and among my "real" friends, only 1 person has a bread maker and is happy to use it (and even then this little man is from here from the forum). A long time ago there was another girl who had a bread maker. It was by her example that I caught fire. And that's all. More, neither before nor after, no one had a desire to buy it at all. Although my friends and acquaintances always eat bread with pleasure. I sometimes bake a gray loaf for a friend or with bran. When we arrive, my father-in-law always asks the same question: "What kind of bread has my daughter-in-law brought me today?" That is, many people love to love, but to do it yourself is lazy ...
Alexandra
My colleague first gave her mother-in-law
And then already my Panasonic registered with her

Today I bought a Delonghi 125 stove. The problem of choice has disappeared by itself, because Panas are not in Donetsk (where I live) or in Kiev online stores. The search gives information that there are none in Ukraine. Rather, in one online store there is - 300
In Donetsk, it is now most profitable to buy in Megamax-684 UAH. Until 7.04 they have a promotion.
The question arose: "Who makes Delonghi?" On the box there is a barcode of Italy, but on the unit itself there are no identification marks at all. Is this how it should be? Can anyone have information?
al_rd
Yesterday I saw Delonghi 125 in Kharkiv in the Domotechnika store for UAH 756.
And regarding the manufacturer, this question is detailed in Alen Delonghi - type his message in the search, I don't remember when, but I wrote about it for sure.

I bought a Panasonic SD-255. In Almaty, the price is from 170 to 200 $

Yes, I read. But the point is that apart from on the packaging, I did not find any other "marks" of "maide in Italy" and this was surprising.
al_rd
In general, there are some doubts (the worm gnaws - in our time, with such capabilities, you can produce everything under any name). Moreover, on their home site, I did not find information about the bread maker - it is only in Russian and reviews of its work in some Western forums (Alen Delonghi wrote about them). But for some reason I really trust him, and as I understand it, he even disassembled the HP.
LenaV07
Well, well, God forbid our calves (HP) vovka zyists (work for our joy as long as possible)
visual73
I read about bread makers on your site at will!
The main choice fell on the leaders hotly discussed in this topic. I confess I mastered only 70% of the messages. But, very interesting!
The messages of a certain Alen Delonghi are striking, who, in a demanding and ultimatum form, proves the superiority of this device itself and recommends everyone to buy only it without alternative. I heard about advertising agents operating on the Internet - very similar. In any case, this was one of the last factors that determined my choice.
I stopped at Panasonic - I think it's a very strong and decent stove! Worth the money. I'm going to buy
Good luck to all!
Mams

I didn’t want to offend him. He’s very passionate about it (-). It is written "Do not make yourself an idol".
By the way, you won't find Delongee anywhere, but two large companies have Panasonic, though only one is available. It costs 6 tons. without two rubles.
When I was choosing a coffee maker, Delongee was also in flight. Defeated Krups. Roofing felts because of the flimsy of the case, or because of the characteristics, did not pass, now I do not remember.
Programming is of course good, a bit of a programmer himself, but when the business is new, it is somewhat frightening, and more often annoying. The best programmable machine is a person who took it and kneaded it as needed and baked it according to a program set by his head

Can anyone figure out how to change the temperature of the modes (preheating, lifting, baking) during programming ??

You can't just change the temperature, but you can create a program based on the already drying-Basic, Turbo, French, Cupcake, etc.
Since the temperature conditions are different for all programs, this is the only way to change something. The temperature table is in the instructions for the bread maker.

You can't just change the temperature,

I think this is a minus.
but, in general, at least some possibility of interfering with the program is undoubtedly a plus
it remains to find out what kind of processor is in the head of the stove and whether it can be controlled using a computer
if the processor is stitched, then it can be reprogrammed
is the game worth the candle is another matter
nevertheless thanks for the advice

I see that Panasonic is generally more available in Russia, and the price for them is sane, and in Ukraine it is more realistic to find Delongey on sale, at a good price
I have been using my Delongey for two months - no complaints, everything is just perfect. I especially like the possibility of programming - I often bake sourdough rye bread, and by testing I have compiled an optimal program for kneading and raising the sourdough dough.
The stove copes well with ANY dough, including very steep. Today, here, my men asked for eclairs from choux pastry, and in the same place the dough must be thoroughly kneaded, so I made the flour and quickly put it in the oven, and changed the dough kneading program so that there was no preliminary kneading, and immediately turned on the main kneading for 30 minutes - and drove the eggs one by one - that's the THING !!! The mixer will never knead the dough like that!
Delonge's design is really "slender" - but looks are deceiving

Please tell me, what program did you reprogram so that only the main batch remains? Were the rest of the cycles in the program left? Did you just turn off the program after you kneaded the dough? Or something else?
Niseema
LenaV07, program for kneading noodle dough, no. 11. There I dropped the preliminary batch to "0", and increased the main one to 30. There all other cycles are "0" by default. The stove mixed everything and turned off

We bought a Delonghi 125 oven today. Unfortunately, only after the first baking it became clear that something was wrong with the standard recipes ... I wanted to try to use it as soon as possible. Well, they baked Traditional white from the instructions for a minimum volume of 750g. Yeah. There 600 gr. flour is written to put. Now I have already found posts where more than 600 gr. flour is not recommended to lay down at all That was confirmed by the topic "The amount of flour and other ingredients for ...". Now one question. What to do with 800 gr. bread to try baking something different? Do not offer to eat, because the oven in the dark mode gave a very light crust. Although all other parameters of the bread seem to be normal.

And if I understood correctly, no one could bake this "recipe" without correcting the programs!

In general, I do not recommend all future, happy owners of Delonghi 125 to start with this seemingly simple recipe. Take another recipe. Better from this site, where you can read the opinions of the people who prepared it. There are many people here who have different bread makers and who know how to bake bread. So why do you need to bake bread that the producers of your CP like? After reading a little bit of information on this site, I can no longer understand where the authors of this "traditional white" got this data.

To make it clear to the owners of other stoves what I'm talking about, here it is:

Traditional white bread
750 g 1 kg 1.25 kg
Water 315 ml 415 ml 515 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon 2 tbsp. spoons 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons 2 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 tbsp. spoon 1 tbsp. 1 1/2 tablespoon spoon
Flour 600 g 680 g 760 g
Dry yeast 1 1 / 2h. spoons 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons
And for comparison, a similar recipe from this site:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=1625.0
compare the amount of flour and proportions to the rest of the elements. What Delongy considers to be the smallest loaf, is here called "VERY LARGE BULK"

If I'm wrong somewhere, please correct.

I bake plain white bread using a similar recipe. Everything is almost the same as in your recipe, but for a loaf of 750 gr. I take 500 gr. flour and 280-300 gr. water. But on gray bread (50% wheat flour and 50% rye) for 500 gr. flour is just 300-320 water and it turns out.

chmv, I am happy with the recipes. I did not bake simple traditional bread, but I baked other breads from the instruction based on this white one: with rosemary, tomato paste and basil, with oregano, orange bread with thyme, with onions. All these recipes are made on the basis of the traditional one, the same proportions of 315 ml of water + 600 g of flour almost everywhere, only the additives change. The results are always excellent !!! and blush is normal - it's white bread.

weighed by electronic scales - 160 grams for flour from the Ovidiopol plant,
although the weight of different types of flour differs at different air humidity, etc.
I recommend sifting any flour through a sieve - it is saturated with atmospheric oxygen, the bread will rise higher, the yeast works faster

No matter how I rammed it, more than 145 g does not fit, and I no longer measure with glasses, I immediately weigh and prefer recipes where the weight of flour is indicated in grams, and not in cups.

Apparently, some people just love their CPs very much and consider it their duty to inform that his choice is the best, and they want to warn against possible choice mistakes - not everyone manages to speak tactfully

In fact, you need to have a certain decision in your head under the influence of a huge mass of different information.
Hints from friends / friends / members of the forum play a role, but not always decisive

In general, you need to think for yourself, as I already found out, and make a decision on your own, albeit not without prompts
