Dough: Flour 175 g
Butter 85 g
Egg 1 PC.
Salt pinch
Spinach 350 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs.

Raw egg 2 pcs.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cottage cheese 250 g
Cheese 120 g

Cooking method

  • Combine flour with butter, egg, 2-3 tsp of cold water. Knead the dough.
  • For filling:
  • Chop the onion and fry in olive oil, add chopped garlic. Mix cottage cheese with eggs, add defrosted and squeezed spinach, grated cheese, fried onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a form (I have a square 22x22 cm), oiled, put thinly rolled dough, filling on it. Bake at 200-220 degrees for 30 minutes, then take out the pie and put thinly sliced ​​tomatoes on top, bake for another 20 minutes.
