Cooking method

  • This is a vegetable, very tasty dish from Arab cuisine, I made it last time for the New Year. Of course, it is best to take live vegetables, but ice creams are no worse. I've tried this and that.


  • We cut the tomatoes not large, put them in a saucepan, add a moderate amount of butter and sugar, simmer over medium heat. At this time, we wash and cut the beans, if they are fresh, I just pour boiling water over the frozen ones.
  • Add the beans, salt and coarsely chopped garlic, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer until tender, focusing on tomatoes.
  • Turn off and leave to cool under the lid until morning.
