500 gr mushrooms (champignons)
75 ml vinegar 5%
75 ml plant. odorless oils (not olive!)
2-3 cloves of garlic
peppercorns - 10 pieces, a mixture of 5 peppers
bay leaf - 2 pieces
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of honey
1/4 apple (cut in two)

Wash the mushrooms. If large, cut into halves or quarters. Squeeze the garlic through a press (I grated it on a fine grater).
Put all the ingredients in a deep frying pan, close the lid and put on medium heat. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool, transfer to a jar or glass saucepan and refrigerate overnight.
