Smoked Chicken and Chips Salad


Mix of lettuce leaves 100 g
Smoked chicken leg 1 PC.
Quail eggs 7 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes 7 pcs.
Crisps 40-50 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
French mustard 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Put the lettuce leaves on a dish, spread slices of smoked chicken, halves of quail eggs and tomatoes on top.

  • Mix mayonnaise and mustard, pour over the salad with the resulting sauce.

  • Sprinkle the crumbled chips over the salad and serve immediately.

  • Very simple and delicious!
