Ingredients

Minced pork 500 g
Egg 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Turmeric taste
Oregano taste
Black pepper taste
Koreander taste

Cooking method

  • Add finely chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat (using a blender), then 2 tbsp. l bread crumbs, milk, salt and spices. Stir the minced meat well, form the cutlets, roll them in the remaining bread crumbs and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side on the "TOASTING" 3 level program. Then the program "MULTIPOVAR" - 5 minutes

30-40 minutes

Note

As a side dish, potatoes cooked in a Panasonic multicooker are delicious. (Peel the potatoes, cut the tubers into 2 parts, put a small piece of butter in a saucepan, put the potatoes, turn on the BAKING mode, (do not pour water) close the lid, in the middle of the program you need to open and stir, salt. At the end of the program add dill and chopped garlic. Let stand.)
