2 eggs,
1 bag of vanillin,
110 ml sour cream,
105 ml water (milk)

I use the pizza dough program (45 min.)
Divided the dough into two equal parts. Greased a baking sheet with oil. I rolled out the first part of the dough, put plum jam on top (you can replace it with any non-liquid jam, or just berries).
Next, she rolled out the second part, divided it into ribbons and made "herringbone pigtails". I put these braids on top of the jam. Pinched the edges.
Smeared the top grows. oil. In the oven for proofing, about 20-30 minutes, oven temperature +50 degrees.
Once the cake is well spaced, I add the temperature, about 200 degrees. I bake at least 15-20. until rosy. Bon Appetit!
