Yeast-free dough for pies (in a sandwich maker) and pizza

Ingredients

Wheat flour 575 ml (370 g)
Milk see text
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 90 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter (I do this in the microwave for 30 seconds). Break 1 egg into a measuring cup and add milk to 175 ml.
  • Yeast-free dough for pies (in a sandwich maker) and pizza
  • Pour this mixture into butter and beat with a mixer (beaters). Add sour cream, salt and beat again. Then sift flour and soda there and knead the dough with spiral nozzles.

  • Prepare the filling. I had 2 bananas mashed with a fork and frozen lingonberries.

If you take a glass of 250 ml, then 575 ml by volume will be 2.3 glasses, and by weight of 440 g it is 2.75 glasses. Almost half a glass of difference.
I would weigh 370 g ...

Measured. It turned out 340 g. I'd better remove the grams from the recipe. Probably depends on flour?
Still, I wrote 370 ... In general, in ml it is somehow more reliable.
