  • - Add egg, vegetable oil, salt. sugar, flour and knead well
  • - Roll the dough into a ball, put in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes

Did you confuse anything with the amount of yeast? For half a liter of liquid, somehow a bit too much. And the type of yeast is not indicated in the recipe. If you measure with a spoon, then dry is generally a huge amount. If pressed - then why spoons in the first place? Secondly, it's still a lot.

Instant yeast. I don't really know which ones, because from the ration (they gave out half a kilo in packs). Maybe already old, but I put 2 ordinary st. l. without a slide. Raised old records, in the original recipe "50 grams of fresh yeast).
