Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Grind margarine with sugar + beaten eggs with sour cream + vanilla sugar + flour with baking powder. Divide the dough into two parts. Add honey to one part, cocoa to the other. Line a mold with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper and pour the dough alternately - light, dark, etc. Bake at t ° 160 °. Willingness to check with a splinter. Pour icing on the finished cake:
  • 3 table. tablespoons of sugar + 3 tsp. cocoa spoons + 3 table. Bring sour cream to a boil, add about 30 grams of plums. oil, bring to a boil again. Let cool just a little and pour over the cake.

It seems to me that the mistake was initially that the spread was chosen. It is only for sandwiches, it does not go into baking, there is only cheap vegetable fat, so it "drips" during the heat treatment.

I only use butter when baking cupcakes (but these are my cockroaches, I just don't like margarine), take it at room temperature (soft, but not liquid) and beat it with sugar until it is completely dissolved (a creamy mass is obtained), then add eggs one at a time , beat each time for at least a minute. Then half the flour + baking powder, sour cream and flour again, beat each time.
