Baked ryazhenka cream with fruit and chocolate

Ingredients

Ryazhenka cottage cheese 4% 300 g
sugar 4 tbsp. l.
vanillin 1 g
starch or corn flour 1 tbsp. l.
egg 2 pcs.
chocolate 50 g
any fruits and berries (without seeds!) optional
Baileys liqueur 1 tbsp. l.
walnuts optional

Cooking method

  • In a 500 ml silicone mold, bake well 300 g of cottage cheese from 1400 ml of frozen ryazhenka 4% (more cottage cheese is obtained from this amount of ryazhenka, you will need to take 300 g)Baked ryazhenka cream with fruit and chocolate
  • Mix all the ingredients with an ordinary hand whisk (no need to whisk !!! we need a dense curd cream structure, otherwise the mass will rise).
  • Pour the mixture into a mold on top of fruits, berries and chocolate. We put nuts on top.
  • Bake on a medium oven level at 150 * C for 30 to 50 minutes. I baked for 2 thermostats for 50 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. I have an oven without convection.
