I switched to Zelmer, Axion ... and to Gammu looked from behind the mill.

I am reading. But it is embarrassing that the rated power of Gamma 180 watts for the one that is the combine with a bunch of nozzles, where the mill is (I want to grind spices and cereals for bread).

About Zelmer they write (here, on HP) that a year later there is a problem with knives and it is more expensive than Axion Izhevsky ...

I am in the process of analysis and evaluation! Your advice is sobering and guiding.

While I turned over all domestic household electrical appliances at home, there from 125 watts (coffee grinder) to 200 watt (Juicer Elixir).

Along the way, I watch a video with the launch of meat grinders.
But I never shoved bones into a meat grinder, I cook super jellied meat out of them, since at the same time I remove a lot of birds from the bones for minced meat.

This is for animals once the heads-necks-legs of chicken were ground with packages.)) Even the auger and guides were worn out from the loads. But the motor unit itself exists to this day, it's already twenty years old.)
| Alexandra |
Unfortunately, I don't know how old my Zelmer is, before that there were Bork and Moulinex, she works longer than theirs, the load is frequent and large, the meat is hard - wild. And a month ago, I sharpened a knife and a grate for the first time for 100 rubles ...
Bast1nda
Zelmer girls have a huge problem with spare parts, experienced themselves. We almost reached the court. Now I bought it from Bosch. I was compensated for everything, but could not be repaired - spare parts are not supplied. So first, find out if there is an authorized center and if the parts are delivered. Repair is carried out, but if the replacement of a unit or part is all. I had a cartoon, I liked it, but a trivial breakdown, two months of waiting, pre-trial, correspondence with Zelmer and the money was returned. Maybe their centers have survived somewhere.
Firecracker
svstasya, I have a Zelmer 986.80, has been working for at least 4 years.
The meat grinds very well, rather quickly, but the rest of the knife always has a "hooked" piece, I cut it by hand, but it's not at all burdensome.
Regarding the knife: in the first place, the knife really rusted after washing from above, on the forum I read that it was necessary to wipe it dry immediately, and I did it, but it stopped pretty quickly. Now I just washed the meat grinder after use, laid out all the parts on a napkin and let it dry, the knife remains clean and without rust.
The only thing that I don't really like is the diameter of the holes in the grilles, I had two grilles for 4 and 8 mm. After a manual meat grinder, in which the diameter of the hole in the grill was about 5-6 mm, I adjusted for a long time to wind the minced meat that would suit me (I don't like very small minced meat for cutlets, it doesn't taste so good for me, but with a large grill there remain large pieces of onion and lard from pork. Then I adapted and began to twist fatty pork with onion and garlic on a small one, and the rest of the lean meat on a large one, then the mince turns out to be optimal for me. )
Otherwise, I am very pleased with the meat grinder, it greatly facilitates the work of processing meat.
Bijou
FirecrackerTraditionally, there are three sizes of lattices for my Brownies, from the first I somehow managed to lose normal-medium, on a small one for a long time, so I adapted to twist twice on large holes. And on the new one, the middle grille is available! I was so pleased to rub the meat on the cutlets and breathed a sigh of relief. And what do you think? The people rejected it, and I didn't like it either. Typical "not that". The minced meat is rather rough, the cutlets and dumplings are somehow lumpy and dry, or something ..
In short, I spat and again I grind all the meat exclusively on large holes and twice.
Firecracker
Bijou, Lena,
Of course, in 4 years I have tried all sorts of options, and in particular, twist the minced meat on a large grate twice (onions and lard still come out coarse), I tried to achieve the grinding that the Soviet meat grinder gave me, which is a hundred years old at lunchtime. I have already described my version above, it turns out a little "dances with tambourines", but still got used to it.
You and I get different cutlets from the same minced meat size due to the fact that, apparently, we add different components to the minced meat. For example, I definitely add grated and squeezed potatoes and a soaked bun and a lot of onions. The cutlets turn out to be very juicy, tender and not dry at all, I knead the minced meat very well with my hand so that it is airy and in no case I beat it off. But if you use small minced meat with these components, then it will be dryish porridge, it is not tasty for me. I make minced meat for dumplings on a large wire rack, twisting it 2 times. Something like that.
Bijou
Firecracker, well, yes, everyone cooks in his own way.) Cutlets with potatoes is our family recipe for mom-grandmother. But for some reason it didn't take root in my family - people like just meat with a roll in milk, without potatoes. ((Well, I never grind onions - I used to chop finely and finely with a good knife, now I rub on Berner - I neglect this in sautéing-frying, but such a slightly crumpled mash was just right for minced meat.
Firecracker
Flax, well, onions flowing with juice - this is the same in minced meat, with it, of course, the cutlets will be juicy.
Lena, if it's not difficult for you, please measure the holes in your gratings. The Zelmer line now also completes the meat grinder with 3 gratings, but they added a grate with a diameter of 3 mm, that is, there is still no average 5-6 mm. I'm wondering if I can find my ideal from another manufacturer))
Bijou
On the Internet they write that 4 mm.

And I agree with him - yes, I also see about the same.

and looked at Gammu from behind the mill.

I am reading. But it's embarrassing that the rated power of Gamma is 180 watts for the one that is a combine with a bunch of attachments, where there is a mill (I want to grind spices and cereals for bread).

I decided to "play" with Gamma 7-01 ...
I looked for a used one on "Avito" and "Yule", I managed to assemble almost a complete set of 1 (the coveted mill is available) and two motors, one of which is clearly knocking, from parts for 1000 rubles.
Naturally, the plastic turned yellow .....

I tested a meat grinder on a broiler breast, onion and bread (the knife is dull and the grate is dull), and there was no pusher.
I can confirm that the meat grinder sucks in slices of loose broiler breast 4 cm wide and 12 cm long at second speed, but when it starts chopping meat, it does not push, but buzzes louder.

I tested it on a shredder, the shredder turned out to be sharp, carrots can be shredded into Korean carrots, and salted, as it rubs with medium stripes (that is, narrower than on a standard large shredder).
I chopped the cabbage on a slice, cutting for sourdough, I liked that you could chop the second time if you got large pieces during the initial shredding. But if there is experience in the arrangement of cabbage, then there are very few large pieces (a couple of spoons) per 800 gram head.
And the pusher must be careful, otherwise the grater can "chop" it too (although it was also in another meat grinder / shredder)

I'll test the mill on herbs, but later, because it was for them that I wanted it (first of all) ...

I'll see in a month how the device works.

I took a used one so as not to pay 3500 for a new one (I was very afraid to be disappointed in the power of 130 watts), I gave it up for everything 300 (meat grinder) with motor+500 (cranky motor with shredder, grinder, dough sheeter and can opener)+150(three new bushings)

I have. I bought it today. I kneaded a dough of 100% rye flour, baked a charlotte, rolled up minced meat for cutlets. I figured it out with the cube cutter in theory, but so far I can't say what turned out well.
How are you doing with this machine? Like?

I'm looking closely, long and painful. How is her chopper? Try chopping a bunch of parsley. And also, beat one egg with a whisk?
lorhen
My hands have not yet reached the chopper, I have not even taken it out of the package.
I'm a little disappointed in the cube cutter. After the purchase, I learned that only raw vegetables can be cut in it, the manufacturer does not recommend boiled ones. And I was looking forward to the basins of okroshka and vinaigrette ... But my disappointment did not last long, because I bought because of the kneader and the whisk. I also have a shredder for vegetables in the Zelmer meat grinder.
One egg, I think, will beat it for sure, because the beater doesn't reach the bottom a couple of millimeters.
Enjoyed making charlotte. While the machine was beating eggs and sugar, I slowly cooked a baking sheet and cut the apples. You can't beat it with your hands and even with a mixer, you'll get tired of just waving your hands ... And I have read somewhere for a long time that the main secret of a tasty charlotte is to beat without a break for at least 10 minutes.
Before making the meatballs, I mixed the meat with rice and an egg with a batter attachment. I really liked the consistency of the finished meatballs - homogeneous (but not disgustingly smooth, like the store ones), and did not fall apart during the cooking process (I often did this before).

Dont be upset! These are the problems of all cube cutters. Someone adapts to cube-cut vegetables even before cooking and then bring them to readiness for steam, someone chills them well before cutting in the refrigerator. And it's just so desirable to check - what if it fits? Basically, only some varieties of potatoes cause serious inconvenience, turning into slush when cutting, and beets and the rest, along with sausage (hardly meat), are cut quite normally. If only the size of the cube fits.
* in my Boshik, the cucumber for okroshka did not go into cubes, it is coarsely hard, I crush it with a grater. but chopping the pumpkin into basins in the freeze is a matter of minutes!
Rita
lorhen, I cut vegetables in a vinaigrette raw, and then I steam them in a slow cooker. Our family tastes better. Beets and boiled beets can be perfectly cut with a combine. I agree with Bijou - the cucumbers turn out to be large. I cut them with a burner.

And I'm so happy, the day before yesterday I bought a Philips HR7762 food processor. I was thinking which one to buy ... I have a dough mixer. But I can only grind the liver in a meat grinder. And I wanted to do it in the kitchen. harvester. Well, I racked my brains for a long time, which one to choose ... so that in terms of configuration it was as I needed. So that the graters are different and necessary, well, and a mill. As a result, Philips HR7762 was the one that suited me very much. Although, of course, I also like Boshiki, who have a compartment for storing nozzles inside. But there a set of graters did not suit me or a juicer I did not need. Moreover, at first I did not want to take with a blender. And then I decided that let it be a blender, let's say the dough for pancakes ...

Food processor Today, it was used to knead dough (for 2 eggs) for a cake and cream (0.5 cans of condensed milk and 150 g of butter). Here is the result. Filya makes me happy

Mila56, I have the same one for a year and a half. I make the dough in a large bowl with a metal knife, and in a blender - puree soup. Vegetables for freezing and stewing - grated in cubes.
I use the mill - it's convenient.

Svetlana, Yes, I agree. Although I didn't have the old one, it probably loses in comparison with BOSH. The instruction is at the filly on such a gray thin paper, several sheets, and on one sheet begins (this is where the introductory text is given, and not the drawing diagrams) the text in Russian, and on the other sheet the continuation. Well, here I am ripe (or not completely) to buy a planetary mixer. (probably all the same) in general, what I want from the technique: to whip up gorgeous creams and proteins and preferably in an instant and not for 15-20 minutes, well, it would be nice if she could knead not only pancake dough. Guys, Kenwood and the like, don’t offer, well, I don’t have that kind of money, and I won’t be able to save up for it (because there is something to save and spend) a budget of up to 10 tr. but confused by the funny short intervals of time that it can work without interruption (if I am not mistaken, on average 3-5 minutes (well, what kind of cake will I knead in 3 minutes ??) I also look at bosh mum 4855, of course its functionality is rich, but for me rather as a pleasant addition, because there is a powerful Moulinex meat grinder, a Brown multiquick blender of the 5 series with the richest complete set with a mini harvester attachment with graters, shredders, and a chopper bowl for one and a half liters, there is a separate Boshevsky chopper-blender (also a beast) so that in this Boshik I am interested in precisely its planetary properties: whip (and preferably a small amount) and knead. By the way, how many Bosch can work without interruption? It turns out that there is no need for such a combine. There is a need for a good dough mixer -cream beater. Can anyone share their experience? (Py. S. I watched the video and Eldorado no, there are no slipping and mulinexes with a supposedly good discount) if suddenly where there is a topic where this is actively discussed, poke your nose (I apologize for posting the post in several branches. )

Dasha, I have both the Clathronic 3647 and the First2 dough mixer. Both work for a short time, but this does not affect the test. At first, Klatronic was bought specifically for baking cakes, and then I saw the video on First2 and bought it too. It kneads and whips very well, but not small volumes. First FA-5259-2 has a separate topic.
Dasha 001
Marina, thanks for the answer. For me, this topic is still relevant, I also look at the first ... by the way, yes, I still haven't bought anything ... but I clearly understood that I want a clean planetary gear without unnecessary bells and whistles for whipping creams, marshmallows, for kneading biscuit and muffin dough, for mixing ham ... bread dough kneads a bread machine, dumplings-21 seconds with knives in a blender-chopper Bosch ... in general, I need a beater from 2-3 proteins (because I bake purely for my family , not for sale) And a mixer with a continuous cycle of 10 minutes. I'm looking now towards bosch mum 4406 or 48w1 (without everything practically there), naked bosch mum 5 (bosch mum 54Р00), Clatronic KM 3630 (there is a power of 1200 w and time continuous operation 10 minutes), Kenwood prospero 242 or Kenwood multiOne 321, and Moulinex Wizzo QA3001B1, Moulinex Mastechef Compact QA217132 and Moulinex QA5001B1 while sales are underway, all these models can be bought up to 12 thousand (the run-up from 7 starts, but on average all 9-12 ). So I don’t know all now that I don’t have extra money to throw it away and places on the tables / in tables / and under them too, so that I occasionally rush about 2 copies from Mum 4 (well, really, the power of 500-600w really And so I found a naked mum 4ku in general for 6 thousand) to Kenwood Prospero 242, and from him to Moulinex qa5001b1 ... eh ... the flour of choice, but some kind of gemlux at all chew at least booty heaps of all sorts of things
Mila56
Quote: Dasha 001
eh ... agony of choice
Dasha, yeah, it's good to have a choice. The choice is not at all easy, from him. I would consider kneaders with only stainless steel bowls. Although I read that many BOSHIKS with plastic bowls have been working for a long time, but stainless steel is safer. You must go through all the instructions and watch the timepermissible continuous operation. Although 500-600 W should be enough for whipping creams and kneading light dough, and many people just successfully use BOSCHs of this power, I would still consider buying more power, so to speak with a margin. I like all BOSCH appliances (there is one in my kitchen), this is my subjective opinion. I bought a BOMANN KM 315 SV dough mixer last year for 13,000 rubles. ... Alas, at that time there was not that choice that you have for the promotion and just at the same price, otherwise you would have chosen, of course, another brand, more famous and reliable, maybe Bosch, only with a power in the region of 900-1200 W. My dough mixer works, but I rarely use it, I live alone, whips well, though I didn't whip one protein, but if you knead a heavy and thick dough, then its leg heats up ... and you can knead for no more than 10 minutes. At the same time, its power is indicated as 1200 W, but it does not seem like it. Therefore, it is worth buying a reliable and powerful brand.
fffuntic
funny ... just recently, here somewhere in the subject, several Bosch owners and I, among other things, agreed that the plastic bowl is closer to the heart
That the more power - as a rule, the larger the bowl, that is, a small amount of product is more difficult to make. If we consider Boshik, then the golden mean is Series 5. The 4th is slightly weaker, that is, the maximum speeds are lower, which is not so often and important, but, for example, for marshmallows, it is already relevant, and boshiks above the 5th series have a large bowl - there is little worse product to do. For heavy and thick dough, the boshes below the 8th series are generally not designed, and their power is quite enough to whip cream or knead a normal dough.
The owners of kenwoods and kitschens seemed to be aiming for heavy dough, and the owners of boshes do not particularly like it in principle.
In terms of Bosch, you need to look at your needs more, and select a combine harvester for them
Dasha 001
Quote: Mila56
worth buying a reliable brand and more powerful.
Yeah, if only it would be possible to print money, but more and more I tend to moulinex qa5001b1. A metal bowl, no unnecessary blenders and meat grinders, a 24-month guarantee (though on different sites they write differently where 12 is where 24), the power is 900w and it seems not easy 5.2 kg. A total of 12,000 wooden. Although at the same time a naked bosch mum 54P00 with a metal bowl with the same power of 8600, but there is no normal K-mixer .... Kenwood Prospero can be bought for 10,000, but I see that it doesn’t hurt. it is correct to compare it (or Mum 4) with cars for 60 thousand, even though they are from the same manufacturer) clathronic he is a boman probably not the most reliable comrade nevertheless ... oh God, give me time and energy and that discounts are not: crazy : deceased

especially ask the owners for points 1 and 2 of the selected model.

1. Quality of kneading wheat dough. There is no need to be mistaken here. Speed has nothing to do with it. As a rule, a little power is enough. Getting the perfect mix structure. Not all harvesters are the same in this regard. Bosch is able to knead soft dough perfectly, but the volume depends on the bowl. The larger the bowl, the more dough should be. Kitchens were discussed here - they don't take a small volume. The Kenwoods have different hooks and something there is also different with the kneading.
In fact, it is here first stumbling block when choosing. The other functions of the confectionery all combine harvesters do normally.
2. Limiting density of the batch. Rye and dumplings dough. Here the power of the combine is already in control. The Boshi are not the coolest questions about this. They don't really like dense, especially anything below a professional 8 with really high power. In terms of a viscous consistency, the Kenwoods and Kitchens rule according to reviews from here.
it Second stumbling block.
3. They all whip the whites well. Combines also have enough power for marshmallows. That is, they all go through the pastry normally)))
4. Specifically, among the boshes, you should not mess with the plastic bowl. It cleans well, keeps warm and so on.
Even more pleasant than metal))).
It is already necessary to recognize other brands for the quality of plastic.
5. Boches have an excellent function of a vegetable cutter)))
6. Really huge minus - there really is no good K-mixer.

Dasha 001
fffuntic, Helen, that is, it turns out if I don't plan bread (it's wheat) and rye dough and dough on dumplings (I need a mixer and not a dough mixer), then the first and second stumbling blocks disappear? And mum 4 is enough for my needs ??? And I have a demand: beat the whites for a cream, or for a biscuit, a charlotte or a cake to mix. Homemade marshmallows and other delicacies ala meringue meringue, etc. Whip cream and other butter and not only cream. I can knead shortbread dough with my hands, we don't eat it so often.
