Menu
In total, this model provides 13 programs, which are selected by lightly pressing a button.
- Regular bread - for white and mixed bread (wheat or rye flour). The bread has a medium consistency. You can select the crust color by clicking the Color button.
- French bread - for light wheat flour bread. The bread has a light texture and a crispy crust. Not suitable for recipes using butter, milk or margarine.
- Whole Grain Bread - For breads made with coarse flour, which require longer kneading and raising (e.g. coarse wheat or rye flour). The bread will be more compact and heavier.
- Fast Cooking - kneading, raising and baking bread in less time than regular bread. But such bread usually has a smaller loaf with a tighter texture.
- Kulich - for bread with additional ingredients such as fruit juices, grated coconut, raisins, dried fruits, chocolate, sugar. Due to the long rise time of the dough, the bread will be light and airy.
- Ultra Fast - makes bread quickly, usually smaller and rougher than the Fast Cook program.
- Gluten Free Bread - Has unique ingredients. Additional ingredients are added at the very beginning, as the preparation of such bread is different from the preparation of regular wheat bread. Only one raising cycle and longer baking times are used due to the increased moisture content in the dough.
- Kneading the dough - knead and rise without baking.Used for cooking pizza, bread rolls.
- Jam - jam, marmalade is mixed and cooked.
- Cupcake - knead, rise and bake, but with the addition of baking soda or baking powder, other ingredients can be added.
- Sandwiches - the dough rises and bread is baked on sandwiches with a light structure and a small crust.
- Baking - used if the bread is not baked or too light. Only the baking process, no kneading.
- Yogurt - Warms up lactobacilli yogurt.

Memory

If the cooking process has not progressed further than kneading the dough at the time of stopping, simply press the Start / Stop button.
Environment
The appliance can operate in different temperature conditions, but you can notice a difference in loaves baked at different room temperatures. We recommend a room temperature between 15-34 ° C.
Using the device for the first time:
Check the completeness and integrity of the bread maker. Check the baking dish and wipe the inside. Do not use sharp objects or scratch the surface! The baking dish is coated with a non-stick agent. Grease a baking dish and bake empty for 10 minutes. Wash again. Place the dough stirrer on the shaft.
How to make bread:
- Remove the bread pan by turning counterclockwise.
- Install the mixing whisk.
- Put all the ingredients you need into the mold. All components, including water, should be at room temperature. Follow the order of the recipe. As a rule, water is the first ingredient, then sugar, salt, etc. Place the yeast in a small hole in the flour so that it does not come into contact with the liquid and salt. In the case of making a heavy whole grain dough, it is recommended to first put the dry ingredients (flour), and then the liquid ingredients (water).
- Insert the pan into the bread maker and lock it by turning it clockwise.
- Close the cover.
- Connect the device to the mains and turn it on.
- Select a baking program, crust color, loaf size.
- Select the snooze function if necessary.
- Press the Start button, the “:” sign will start blinking on the screen. There is a possibility that steam may escape from the ventilation holes during baking.
- The end of the baking process is accompanied by a beep and the appliance switches off automatically (keeping the bread warm for another 60 minutes). If you need to remove the bread immediately, interrupt the keep warm function by pressing the Start / Stop button. Open the lid and take out the mold. Attention: disconnect the power supply before opening the cover.
- Open the lid using gloves and take out the mold.
- Let the bread cool and use a non-stick spatula to separate it from the sides of the pan. Turn the bread pan over and shake lightly until the bread falls out. Let the bread cool for 20 minutes before slicing. It is recommended to use an electric slicing knife, otherwise the bread may be deformed.
- If you are not near the bread maker or have not pressed the Start / Stop button at the end of the program, the bread will remain warm for 60 minutes. After the end of the function to keep the bread warm, 10 beeps will sound.
Note: Before slicing, remove the whisk from the bread using a crochet hook. Be careful as the whisk may be hot.
About Fast Cooking
Quick bread is made using baking powder and baking soda. It is advisable to stir the liquid components at the bottom of the mold, and all others at the top. When stirring the dough, such a problem may arise: during the first stirring, the dough is liquid and the flour may not mix well, so sometimes you need to help using a rubber spatula.
Pro Ultra fast way
With this program, bread can be baked in 1 hour. The texture of the bread is denser. For this recipe, use water at a temperature of 48-50 ° C. Water temperature is important for making good bread. A low temperature will not allow the dough to go well; too high will destroy the yeast.
Yoghurt preparation
To prepare yoghurt, fill the yoghurt fermentation container with the ingredients (starter culture) and milk. Place a container in the bread maker and start the Yogurt program. Select a fermentation time (6, 7 or 8 hours). The bread maker will display the time and the countdown of the remaining time to the end of the process will begin. When the yoghurt is finished, the bread maker will beep.
For best results, follow the yogurt recommendations on the ingredient packaging. The lower the fat content of the milk, the thinner the yogurt will be.
Cleaning and storage
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
- Bread pan: Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as they may scratch the surface. Wipe dry before folding.
- Stirring paddles: If the paddles are difficult to remove, soak the bread pan in warm water for a while.
- Cover and Window: Wipe the inside and outside of the cover with a damp cloth. Make sure the baker is clean, dry and cold before folding.
