Useful Tips
• Always follow the order of adding ingredients. Add liquids, butter, sugar, salt first, then flour and other additives, add yeast at the very end.
• All ingredients should be at room temperature to maintain optimal yeast growth.
• Measure the amount of ingredients accurately. Even a slight deviation from the value specified in the recipe can affect the baking result.
Installation
• Make sure there are no packing materials or foreign objects inside the Bread Maker.
• Check for any damage in transit:
• cover;
• body and viewing window;
• chamber walls;
• removable bowl.
• If you find any defects, do not turn on the oven, contact your dealer or service center.
• Place the device on a dry, level and heat-resistant surface.
• Do not install the device near combustible materials, explosives and self-igniting gases.
• Do not place the appliance next to a gas or electric stove or other heat source.
• Do not put anything on the stove. Do not block ventilation openings.
• The bread machine should not be placed in a cupboard. For normal operation of the oven, it is necessary to provide free space for ventilation: at least 20 cm from the top, 10 cm from the rear panel and at least 5 cm from the sides.
• Before first use, wash the removable bowl and kneading spatula, and wipe the inside and outside of the bread maker with a clean, damp cloth.
Operating procedure
• Remove the removable bowl.
• Attach the kneading spatula.
• Place ingredients in a bowl.
• CAUTION: Make sure the yeast does not come into contact with salt and liquid.
• Place the removable bowl back into the breadmaker.
• Make sure to position the bowl correctly.
• Close the instrument cover.
Press the "MENU" button and select the program number.
• An audible signal will sound and the display will show the program number and duration.
• Press the START / STOP button to start the program.
• At the end of the work, a beep will sound.
• Let the bread steep a little.
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains before opening the cover.
• Remove the bowl using a hook or potholder.
• Turn the bowl over and shake slightly. If the bread does not slip, you can use wooden or plastic spatulas to remove the bread from the bowl. Do not use metal objects, they can scratch the surface of the bowl!
• Let the bread cool for 30 minutes, then you can cut it.
• CAUTION: Make sure that the kneading spatula is not left in the bread. If this happens, carefully remove it from the bread. Do not use metal objects, they can scratch the surface of the spatula!

TIMER BUTTONS
• Buttons "TIMER" allow you to set the delay time for the preparation of bread (until ready).
• Time setting step 10 minutes.
• The maximum grace period is 13 hours.
• For example: the current time is 20:30, you want the bread to be ready by 7:00, ie. after 10 hours and 30 minutes. Press the "MENU" button, select the mode, then press the timer button to add the time up to 10 hours 30 minutes. The time will be displayed on the LCD. Then press the START / STOP button to activate the timer. The time counts down on the display.
• WARNING: We do not recommend using the timer function when using quickly perishable ingredients such as eggs, milk, cream and cheese.
MENU BUTTON
• The "MENU" button allows you to select the program you need.
• To do this, press the "MENU" button the required number of times.
• The program number and the corresponding baking time will appear on the LCD.
START / STOP BUTTON
• Press the START / STOP button to start / stop the operation of the bread machine or reset the selected function.
• To end an operation or delete parameters, keep the button pressed for 2 seconds until a long beep is heard.

Wholegrain
• This mode is used to bake bread with whole grain flour. In this mode, a longer dough kneading takes place and much more time is allotted for the process of raising the bread. Allow 30 minutes to preheat the mixed ingredients. Cooking time 3 hours 24 minutes.
Quick
• This mode reduces the preparation time for white bread. Use to make light, light, crisp white wheat breads at high speed. Cooking time 2 hours 10 minutes.
French
• This mode is used to bake crispy bread from wheat flour.

Cleaning and maintaining the bread maker
