Ingredients

Wheat flour 300g
Rye flour 90g
MK rye sourdough 120 - 130g
Serum 200g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Malt 1 tbsp. l.
Flax seeds 1 st. l.
Ground coriander 1 tbsp. l.
Oat flakes 2 tbsp. l.
Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Raisins 2-3 st. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Gluten 1h l.
Fresh yeast 5g

Cooking method

  • We mix all the components in the HP in the dough mode (1h 30m). After that, we put the finished dough into a mold and let it stand until it doubles (I let it stand in the oven at 40C for about 1.5 hours with steam humidification). Then, without taking out the bread, I increase the temperature to the maximum (I have 240C) and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce it to 180C and bake until tender. The entire baking process takes less than an hour.

  • My shape is too small, so I got such a mushroom, but the taste is great! Bread approx. 750g

1/2 tbsp. l. ground coriander and cumin (optional)

Kneading and proofing in HP (1 h 30 min). Forming, proofing for 1 hour. Bake in the oven - 15 minutes at maximum (240 *) and about 40 minutes at 180 *. Bon Appetit

Hello! baked your bread today (which is on the Frenchwoman). True, the sourdough was taken by a rye shopping mall from a young woman at my stage of development. It turned out not only delicious. but super tasty. Unfortunately, I can't take a picture - the fotika's memory card is full and I have to throw everything onto a flash drive. but I don't have it yet. I'm on the forum soon for almost a year, but I didn't have my own computer. then I could only read in snatches at work. I think soon to get used to and communicate. and most importantly - bake delicious and healthy bread.
