Homemade bread without yeast.

Ingredients

For starter culture:
Rye flour 150g
Yogurt 1 st. l.
Water 250 ml.
For the test:
Wheat flour 450ml
Salt 1h l.
Milk 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the starter culture:
  • Mix 75 gr. rye flour (I took rye wallpaper), 75 ml of water and 1 tbsp. l. yoghurt. Put in a warm place for 24 hours. Then stir and add 75 gr. rye flour and 75 ml of water and leave for 24 hours.
  • Mix the starter culture with 100 ml of water and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour and leave warm overnight. In the morning, add the remaining wheat flour, salt and warm milk. Knead the dough, cover and leave for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 230C.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200C and bake for another 25 minutes.
