Many thanks to the author for an accurate and very tasty recipe !!! Yesterday I tried it, this morning we drank tea with sandwiches from this soft, airy, aromatic bread. I did everything according to the recipe, only I reduced the sugar to 50 grams. With that amount, it's still sweet enough! I took a photo, but I'm new to this site, so I don't know how to add a photo. The weight of the loaf is 1077 grams. The bread bin fits only lying on its side, as it is very high.
