Ingredients

Wheat flour 250 g
Rye flour 250 g
egg yolks 3 pcs.
butter 100 g
yogurt or kefir 250 ml.
warm water 4 tbsp. spoons
fresh / dry yeast 30 g / 10 g
sugar 70 g
honey 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
lemon zest 1 tbsp. the spoon
nuts (peanuts) 50 g
raisins 50 gr.
salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in water with a pinch of sugar and let stand for 10-15 minutes

  • The consistency of the dough is sticky. Leave the dough to increase by 2-3 times.

To taste, this bread is something between bread and stollen. For tea - just amazing. But of course you cannot call it light and airy. The pulp is slightly moist and very aromatic. Next time I will certainly add more salt, it seemed to me bland.

I put this bread today, If you follow the recipe, then the dough is not sticky, but just sticky. I had to add about 50 g of wheat flour. The dough is sticky, but not very sticky. Beating on a table covered with vegetable oil really helped a lot. The dough has gathered into a lump. Now I think that maybe I added so much wheat flour in vain. Like everything you did. Maybe our flour is different. But in principle, you can see in my photos that this bread cannot be called very high. Perhaps the form will really help. Although in the original recipe, it is the bars that spin.
