Great recipe! As recently as yesterday, I "shoved" the remnants of grapes into my husband and daughter, because I would have disappeared ... I would have known that such a wonderful recipe would appear today, on the contrary, I would have hidden it ... In the coming days I will buy grapes and bake, the photo is too delicious, and the compiler ! Thank you !

The cupcake looks very appetizing!
How do grapes behave in baked goods?
Doesn't have too much juice from so many grapes in the dough?

Not a lot of juice, everything in moderation. The grapes that I immediately put into the dough, it fell to the bottom and it is felt that it is more moist below. I got the grapes backfilling 3 times, the first time in the dough, the second time after it had stood in the oven for 15 minutes, and after another 10 minutes, I saw that all my berries were covered with a rising dough (apparently pressed hard, destroyed the crust, and the dough went through the grapes), and the effect of the grape top disappeared, I took out the cupcake again, and sprinkled it with grapes lightly, without pressing down.
It turned out that the grapes were distributed evenly

And can you make such a beautiful thing in the Multicooker?
or not to do without an oven?
DJ
Mss.Cartman I also thought about the multicooker, I think that it should work out in it, since the temperature is 180, the multi has the same somewhere, maybe it will even work better, the grapes will not burn
Mss.Cartman
The fact is that I'm no cook, I've only had a cartoon for a week ...
Maybe you will not consider it a work, give parting words:
- set the baking time 65 minutes?
- in Multa, you can probably put the grapes on top right away? the top ee is not really baked anyway? Or am I wrong?
DJ
Mss.Cartman I think it's worth cutting the recipe in half. It is better to lay products according to a recipe so that they do not end up at the bottom. I think you need to set it for 20 minutes at the beginning, then you add the raisins, and then for 40 minutes. At the end of baking, check with a toothpick, and there you yourself will understand you need to add more in time, or this time will be enough.

I cooked it in the cartoon

Jamie Oliver's Grape Cupcake

The recipe was reduced in half, due to the fact that the lid was opened early, the cake is a little donkey.
I concluded that the second portion of grapes should be added after 30-40 minutes. In general, I baked it 65 + 40.
Everything worked out!
