hairpin If you decide to take a mixer that Bosch looked after, pay attention to the attachment of the mixer itself to the stand where it is attached. I also took a Bosch with a bowl, but a different model. I took it about three years ago. I don't see such models as I have now. I have a Bosch MFO 1961/01 model. Turboflex. Three speeds 350 watts. At that time, it was the most powerful mixer of all Bosches.
The bindings were enough for me for four months. The plastic tendrils on which the mixer is attached to the stand, with constant daily use, broke almost immediately. I could not keep the mixer off, because the cream never whipped up to the desired consistency in the bowl. I had to remove the mixer from the stand and stir it manually.
Now, of course, the models are different. Therefore, the attachment of the mixer to the stand may have changed.
In addition to my mixer with a bowl, I bought another manual Bosch mixer, just in case !!! Suddenly the mixer breaks down !! But a bowl with a stand flew out of them faster than a mixer. Now I have two Bosch hand mixers. Both are workers. One for 350W. (The one with the bowl) and 200W (the one that I bought additionally)
So, I won't see the planar for a long time !!!

Husky! I’ll hardly look, I’ll order the store through the Internet. In general, we have already rested our muzzles so many times that buying equipment is a lottery. The only thing I can safely count on is that Bosch has edited this particular glitch in three years!

But if I have it in my hands, then I will definitely look!

Now I'm still running Tefali and take a look. Maybe I'll find a mixer that will put on my old bowl. What's the point? Have a spare bowl ...
tuskarora
And I bought myself a Zelmer with a bowl. Very handy for a protein custard. There the bowl revolves. So far, he has only a month of use. What will we see. I had a hairdryer of the same brand before. Has been plowing for two years already.

Hairpin, what can I say, moulinex 1994 and this my Bosch beat eggs on a biscuit for the same time, and moulinex = 200 watts, bosh = 450 watts.
You need to whip for a really long time ... in comparison with the same Boshevsky mum which is 600 watts, there are 4 minutes and a mustache .... It so happened that I simultaneously had a Bosch 3580 and a mum ...

And I have both MUM and a manual Bosch mixer for 450 W and I find it very strange that you have such a model whipping eggs onto a biscuit for a long time. I use this mixer to make my ice cream all the time, and there are few ingredients for the combine according to the recipe and there is no reason to drive it. But with a mixer, I beat whites, yolks and cream into standing peaks and all this separately. Everything takes no more than 4 minutes! For all three containers. I also beat a sponge cake for charlotte only with it and for me there is a very significant difference between the old Soviet mixer 200 W and this Bosch.
taty
maybe I can't or maybe your mixer is better
I saw German Bosches - this is a thing, but the current
corollas - flimsy - dangle, well, it's IMHO
Anastasia, seriously, maybe I don't know how to mix
An old mulik - I looked - a blender, and in a mixer this heavy box is somehow not under my arm, my leg crushes well, I like the chopper, although for more than a year - inside the plastic is all in scratches, and I grind mostly soft, and I couldn't beat the mogul-mogul, I threw it and it turned out faster with a spoon
Lika
I ordered everything for myself a Bosch MFQ3530 450W mixer, two types of attachments and that's it. No bowls and holders, all the mixing bowls are small, there is nowhere to put the holder.
Tomorrow after lunch I will pick it up. And the first thing I'll do is ice cream. True, I did it with a blender with a whisk, but I feel sorry for him. I am completely threatening him with confectionery.

Hairpin, especially for you, I can detect how much whites are whipped. I wrote that it takes me 4 minutes for ALL ice cream, for all the ingredients (and there are three of them - cream, yolks and whites). I don't think that's a lot. And I will absolutely not argue that perhaps a 200W mixer is quite enough for this. I was just a little surprised that something does not work out for a person with 450 watts.
k.alena
And today I gave myself a Bosch 3520. The former Boshik served for 10 years and died on the same day. Then there was an opportunity to buy MUM. I thought that they were enough for me with a blender. But still not enough. This is what I like about Bosch, what makes a line with different variations of power, attachments and you buy exactly what you need. So it is in MUMs and in mixers. The previous one was 300 watts, I decided that 350 watts would be enough for me. Interestingly, such small things in real stores (taking into account various kinds of promotions) are even cheaper than in online stores (including delivery). Although for several years I have been buying almost all equipment via the Internet
alyona
k.alena , how do you like the MUM 47? I read that you have this model.
I want the same. Without add. nozzles.

Have you ordered anything else for him?
k.alena
I did not order, but on the same day, between ordering on the Internet and home delivery, I rushed to the company store (for some reason there are quite reasonable prices, despite the location in the very center of the city) and bought 3 more discs: for fries, disc-julienne and for potato pancakes. A little later I bought a stand for these disks. I have not even used the first 2 yet (for 9 months), and potato pancakes were made 1 time (essno immediately after purchase). I mainly use whisks - whisk, knead. I'm very happy with it.
Hairpin
Today I looked in real life Bosch 3555 ... the bowl is low ... like 3560 ...

Anastasia, yes I, frankly, so ... by the way ... And then Cake to mixers 150-200 watts is ... disrespectful ... and if my whisks one by one did not cling, I would not think about a new one ...

Lika they gave me exactly the same mixer on NG, though I haven't used it yet. I thought for a long time what I still want, and decided that without a stand, so that it would take up less space. ... I looked at the back of the mixer there is a foot connector. I wonder if you can buy it somehow?

Most likely you can! The addresses of Bosch brand centers, where you can buy something in addition, are in the topic about the cube-cutter combine. :) You can call and find out.
k.alena
I think that it is possible, BUT, when I was interested in additional. things for my MUM (namely, a stand for disks from a grater), then the service center told me that I had to order (that is, pay), and then wait 2 months And the price was announced at 180 UAH. for this plastic. As a result, a little later I bought it for 75 UAH. in the company store I did not understand the difference in prices.
alyona
Today in our Foxtrot I saw alive Kenwoods 010 ($ 500) and 020 ($ 600) and Kenwoods Prospero 264 (about $ 400) and 266 (about $ 450).
With this price for plastic, it is better to report $ 50 and buy Big Brother.
And in the online store Prospero can be bought for 2000 grams - that is, $ 250.
And where do they get such numbers for the price tags.

And where do they get such numbers for the price tags.

In a jewelry store, diamond department

I finally bought a Bosch 3530 mixer.
Picked up by self from the online store. There were people there as in Soviet times for sausage and everyone takes TV and other complex electronic equipment, which must be checked for a long time and tediously. Therefore, when I said that I had one very simple mixer, they gave it to me out of turn, quickly plugged it into the outlet, buzzed for a couple of seconds and we parted happily.
Arriving home, and after waiting for the allotted 2 hours from the cold, I turned it on, but he refused to work. That is, it buzzed only if you shake it vigorously, some kind of plastic blocker inside stubbornly did not get into place. It's good that the point of issue is round-the-clock and my husband went to change it.
The second problem of "Bosch-plastic" is the combine with the cube, the lid covering the hole for the blender glass began to move away a little from one side, and, accordingly, it does not turn on until you firmly press it into place. As it turned out, this side of the combine stands about 15 cm from the HP and heats up a little, that is, the holes in the HP for heat dissipation are on the same level with this cover. And from periodic heating, the plastic expanded a little somewhere inside the case and stopped holding the latches from the lid. I do not use this blender, so I will not go to the service, but I will just close this lid with tape.
All other small household appliances I have are Brown, and with fairly active use, not a single complaint. The blender is generally wounded and wrapped with tape at the attachment point of the nozzles - it has been plowing for 4 years every day.

And so that I buy Bosch again. Or everything that is produced in Slovenia has such a quality of plastic or Bosch does not monitor this quality at all.

Buy live in a store and buzz them for a long, long time. I would take Brown, but I didn't like the iron stand. and so everything is with him, even 500W

Anastasia
I have nothing against Brown - I even really respect him. But if you warm it up somehow, then surely its plastic will also melt. My husband recently dried the keyboard of my laptop with a Bosch hairdryer, and not at the highest temperature and was very surprised that the keys melted. Now I don't have half of the keyboard, some spines stick out, we'll order a new keyboard. Does this mean that the Aser laptop is bad? But from the air outlet of the breadmaker, be healthy at what temperature the air is coming!
k.alena
I have Bosch and Brown on equal terms Bosch - mixer, harvester; Brown - blender, meat grinder. There are no complaints about either one. Small kitchen appliances from these two brands are usually chosen based, firstly, from the price, and secondly, from the appearance with equal functionality.

Firstly, the harvester is not standing close to the HP, but at a sufficient distance for free air exchange. After all, the slow cooker does not melt while standing next to the slow cooker, but it heats up, be healthy.
Secondly, I am not against the combine itself, its functionality makes me very tired and happy. The quality of the plastic intended for work in the kitchen worries me, because the kitchen is a rather hot place, and the equipment used in the kitchen is also exposed to constant mechanical stress. And in the lid there are such small, "snotty" latches that you can tear them off with your hands, with constant use, without any heating.
Thirdly, the completely new mixer did not heat up at all, a piece of plastic just jammed in it, which I did not touch in any way - it is inside.
What other conclusions can be drawn here? Branded items must have absolute quality in everything, for this "brand" the manufacturer winds up the price and Bosch as well.
Hairpin
Or should I buy my own Tefal, only advanced ... From the picture it seems that it will fit the old bowl ... And the power is already 350 watts, not 200 watts ... Still served me faithfully ...

The multicooker itself is designed to withstand a certain temperature, since it is itself a heating device, so I think that it has some kind of safety margin in this regard.
About marriage, I can only say one thing - that any manufacturer of goods has a certain percentage of defects. It's just that branded items have less of it, but even Liebherr, Kuppersbusch, Ilve are not at all without marriage, but still each of them is worth even more Boshevsk technique. And as much as we all would not like, but miracles do not happen, everything is imperfect. I am not at all making excuses for Bosch, but this is still the most common technique nowadays, in general, and not really a brand after the transfer of the assembly from Germany. It's just a solid technique that it is advisable to handle according to the instructions and not subject it to special shocks that are not spelled out in it, counting on the brand.

Hairpin, Tefal is now also not at all the same as before! How sad it is.

Anastasia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No responsibility. What would you take, Bosch from Slovenia or Tefal from the Koptev shop?

Even under the responsibility of Bosch, since my daughter already bought one for the New Year, she now lives separately from my kitchen appliances and lives at home, she is very happy, she had no doubts about this at all, we went with the groom and bought it. And Tefal, after disappointment in the iron, master pilaf and pressure cooker - after using and jam maker (virtually and when viewed in the store), I will no longer buy. Although I had great respect for this company before.

And for me, besides Tefal, there are no irons. I already have the 4th in a row. I'm just in love with their ultragliss outsole. Although on the irons my love for Tefal ends.

Yes, the sole is good, but other firms do not stand still in this regard. They also have a sole and holes in it. Each company has its own flavor. And after the Tefal iron rubbed my hand and I endured it for a long time, because I could not immediately shake off the iron, which cost more than $ 100. On the handle of the iron in the wrong place the stitch passed and stuck into the hand, probably either it was a marriage of a specific specimen, or my hands were hooks, but the new Brown iron was chosen first by how it sits in the hand, and then only for its own less remarkable than ultragliss stainless steel outsole. My Tefal pressure cooker was leaking. As soon as I didn’t try to fight it, I watched her, and installed the lid in different ways, and blew the valve, but tolerated it, because the pressure cooker was again the most expensive of the Tefalevs (I was so hoping to get quality, naive). But as soon as the electric pressure cookers appeared, I realized that this is the salvation! Tefal migrated to the dacha, and Unit will cook it with me absolutely without any problems. And finally, since God loves the Trinity, I had a master pilaf. How sellers dissuaded me from him and said that the Panasonic multicooker is better. I said that I know this, but I need the master pilaf for other purposes. And I found him, but he repaid me with black ingratitude. It warmed up unevenly, it was necessary to move the food from place to place during cooking in the bowl. Here I cannot write off something on my hook hands, since it is clearly visible from the design that the heating element passes from the bottom along the edge of the pan, and there is nothing in the middle. From this, while the middle was warming up, it was already beginning to burn along the edges. Someone can cope with it, someone does not bother, but I could not and it VERY annoyed me.
In general, I realized that I would not make friends with Tefalya, apparently in life, and more decided not to risk either money or nerves. With no other technique I have such a downright mystical antagonism - everything works, even if it is expensive, even if it is cheap.
alyona
Not quite the topic, but I love Tefal iron. It is very comfortable in the hand and does not rub anything. Gorgeous steams and smoothes. I fell from a height. Has been working for 5 years. Pah-pah-pah.

Rotational speed and power are not exactly the same thing either. You know how in cars: powerful ones go better uphill, and those that go faster can be with less horsepower, but lighter with other transmission gears. Maybe in mixers like that? Powerful ones that are viscous for a long time and do not overheat? Maybe it also depends on the blades? Somewhere there are more wires, and maybe even flat blades ...

Well, you puzzled me. I have 3520 (350W) Slovenia too. Slazila looked, I have 8906, about six months. Before that, the GDR had served faithfully for many years. I didn't expect a quick whipping from him. He whips 6 proteins in 15-18 minutes, he noticed. 18 quail proteins (for tiramisu), very chilled (put in the freezer for 10 minutes), whisk for 5 minutes until very persistent peaks. The motor does not smell. I use it very often, almost every day, because it is also a blender and chopper for herbs, nuts and other little things. I took 450 W, so as not to overheat from overwork) I also got used to wire whisks and lay down in my hand. In general, I have not noticed anything critical in it yet ...

So when I heard that the noise was much lower, I also somehow thought so, but as a result ... I don’t know how for whom, but for me the power of the mixer is a value directly proportional to the time of whipping proteins into peaks. If at a power of more than twice the whites are whipped, at least four times longer, then figs I have such power ...

Here, I also came across this. Sometimes the power is less, but it does better. GDRovsiy mixer, whipped squirrels for five minutes less, that's a fact. His power is 250. But he warmed himself strongly. Squirrels are said to quickly whip up mixers that aren't with wire whisks. Even with low power. But I haven't tried it myself. I often use quail eggs, but for some reason they whip much faster. Even for an omelet, look.)
