I'm on the 20th, I'm happy and even sooooo, and in the 30th, there are just accessories added ...
izumka
The accessories are the same, only the 4030 is slightly more powerful, but this is probably not very important. NatalyaN, but does it beat butter cream well? Doesn't overheat?
Vitalinka
Girls , thanks for the help ! Yesterday I sat all evening in search of information on mixers. It seems like I decided on Bosch 4020, Bosch 4030 is not everywhere on sale. I was very surprised by the price of Zemler - in Kiev I found a store where they sell it for 330 grams. , and we have the lowest price in Kharkov 560 gr.
Now I will also look at Moulinex, like Irza's. I would like it to be 2 in1 and stationary and manual.

So you can order in Kiev with delivery, now it is possible in almost any online store. Delivery will be no more than 50 UAH. And most likely less. Only it is better to call back to the store and check the availability, otherwise when prices are creeping up, it often happens that the goods have not been available for a long time, and the old low price is displayed on the site.
Vitalinka
k.alena, Thank you ! I know what can be ordered through the online store. But I don't know if you can use a mixer in Zelmer without a bowl, that is, use it as a manual one. Girls who have such a mixer, please answer.
Tanyusha
Vitalinka, I have such a mixer, but I don’t know if it can be used as a manual one, I’ll come home from work and take a look. The fact is that I have a manual one, and Selmer was bought as a stationary one, I like it there when, when the bowl rotates, a special nozzle rakes everything from the walls to the center.
Vitalinka
Girls, I'm asking you again! Tanyusha, probably there is no time, who else has a Zelmer mixer, please tell me, it can be used as a manual one.
Tanyusha
Vitalinka, I’m sorry I didn’t answer in the evening, the children occupied all computers. In general, if you do not put it on the bowl, it will just be an ordinary hand mixer. Buy you will not regret it, I am very pleased with it.
Vitalinka
ilkva, oh, please share your impression. I am going to order next week. I'm still torn between Bosch 4020 and Zelmer 481.67. But it seems Zelmer is pulling over to his side.
Where are you from and at what price did you order? Which model?
ilkva
I don't know where, I have a friend in the store, he orders, the prices are the same as in online stores, the Zelmer model is 481.67, I also wanted Bosch, Boshiki is still a reliable technique, but for the brand there is half the price, but here all the same the cup captivates, yes also the scales, I'll get it on Monday and I have orders there at the beginning of the month, so it will be tested
Catwoman
May I disturb your peace? I bought a Polaris 3009A mixer, and Stepka was the first to use it. There is nowhere to put with a bowl, dear, the toad stings, but I wanted a mixer, although there is already a food processor and 2 blenders, the price of this device, just don't laugh ... 433r. And whips. Squirrels, and some of the yolks also floated in them (it is impossible to separate so that they do not fall into the proteins), with a bang, minutes in 1.5-2. And this is at 2 speeds. If necessary, I can display photographs. More than 2 speeds did not include - a beast, but there are 5 + turbo. In general, I recommend to everyone who needs it without unnecessary bells and whistles, without a bowl and not expensive.

ilkva please immediately share your impressions of the mixer, we all (choosing the model) froze in anticipation ...
I share, I liked the mixer, passed the tests with 6 cakes in 3 days, whipped both biscuits and cream, everything is fine, I especially liked this plug-in spatula. when rocking, it does not allow anything to stick to the walls and, as it were, tears away from them. The scales are very convenient, there is a taring function, I pressed a container with a full basin, showed 0 and added as much gram as needed. Most importantly, hands are free. set to beat eggs and prepare for now, then flour then form (y) In general, it costs 600 UAH, for this money it is quite enough: yes: There is also a blender, a glass, the child whipped a cocktail for himself, everything went with a bang too. So take it, don't hesitate
izumka
ilkva , congratulations on your purchase!
Specify again, pliz, if the whites need to be whipped in a water bath (wet meringue), can the mixer be separated from the bowl and whipped in another container (saucepan)?
Do you have Zelmer brand 481.67?
Tanyusha
izumka, the mixer is quietly detached from the bowl, so don't worry about that.
Daffi
Girls, I am picking up a mixer in addition to the stationary planetary mixer from Bosch 4655. The mixer will only be used as an auxiliary one, when you need to beat 1 white or yolks for a biscuit, or whip the whites in a water bath, maybe for butter cream and cream (on a stationary I I interrupt them).
seeking inexpensive, but a high-quality hand mixer from trusted brands, with a power of 300 W and more, you only need beaters and nozzles for dough, preferably 3-5 speeds and turbo mode.
After looking at the prices, I choose between Philips HR1560 Bosch is definitely good, but Phillips is 80 UAH cheaper with the same power and nozzle configuration.
Who has the same or a similar Phillips mixer, tell me how it works, whether it is convenient to use it and whether it has enough power.
Daffi
Quote: LLika_7

Or maybe Phillips is cheaper because the power is less
in the characteristic they write 220 W
Both mixers have the same power of 350 W, I checked on the manufacturers' websites and looked at the instructions.
AlisaS
I have neither one nor the other mixer. But I also think about such a purchase. Recently I was in the store and looked at several models of Phillips and Bosch.
I liked the Boshew mixer more. Phillips seemed very flimsy to me. My friend bought a Bosch 3540 (it looks exactly like the 3520, but its power is 450W) and is very happy with it. Both models have a lot of plastic parts in their rotating mechanisms! Unfortunately...
The only plus of Phillips, in my opinion, is the beaters without plastic joints.
Daffi
You need to go to the store and ask to turn on the mixers, switch the speeds and thus understand what speed they have. In the Phillips, the speed switch is along the handle (very convenient), and across the Bosch (in my opinion, not very convenient).
Why is everyone so intimidated by the plastic on the mixer beaters? It's just a decorative nozzle that covers the welded joint, although ... you have to go and watch it live, maybe it's not decorative, maybe it's a fastener, then it's bad
And about the fact that "there are a lot of plastic parts in rotating mechanisms inside" - this is a slight exaggeration, because there are not much rotating mechanisms there. There is an engine from which a metal shaft comes out, at the end it has a worm gear. Only two gear wheels are made of plastic (with their help, rotation is transmitted from the shaft to the rims) and the fan blades. You can see for yourself:

Mixer

Mixer
All combines and mixers have plastic gears, plastic makes the design cheaper and reduces the noise level, I don't see anything wrong with that.

If there were metal gears in the combine-mixers, you would not be happy, when they wear out, they make such a howl that they are just a guard. If you remember how old Soviet trolleybuses howled ... this is the very sound of a worn out metal gear train
tatalia
Can I do some silly questions about choosing a mixer too?

The choice is between three candidates:
"Bosch"
"Zelmer" with weights
"Zelmer" without weights, but with a leg
Zelmer with scales is good for everyone, but he does not have a plastic blender "leg" for Teflon dishes.
Zelmer without weights, good with the presence of the aforementioned leg, but there are no weights! And on them it should be convenient to fill up and weigh what is prescribed according to the recipe, without removing the bowl from the stand.
For both Zelmers, it is also convenient in a special device that scrapes the stuck dough from the sides of the bowl.

Bosch is good because it seems to be more reliable, more ergonomic - it fits well into the hand and is easier, bad because it does not have a dough scraper.

Who will say in defense of which of the candidates? I really hope for the help of the collective mind, because as a result of painful thoughts, it has been 2 weeks without a mixer (the old one is in the process of a protracted agony).
ilkva
This is me and Zelmer again, because I see Bosch only in pictures, and Zelmer is present and plows like a horse, I am behind Zelmer with the scales. Once again I will repeat myself very, very happy, and I do not regret that I bought it, the scales are also very necessary weight and I use constantly

In Boch, it really is a fixing element. The plastic is stuck into the mixer itself. If it cracks and falls apart, then the whisk will not hold.
The speed switch is convenient. The previous mixer was with vertical switching - I quickly got used to it. At first, when it was turned off, I entered the pulse mode (in the past, there was no pulse mode)
And if Bosch, then 450 watts. Otherwise it is not enough. It seems to me that 450 is not enough (I do not process industrial volumes). Can beaters spin faster at other firms with the same watts?
Moskvichk @
Bought Zelmer I didn't like him. I had Tefal, better. Of course I can get used to it. Zelmer thunders like a tractor and set it on his leg busy ...
Long chose Bosch or Zelmer. Did not guess
Tanyusha
My Zelmer does not rattle, works quietly, and installs on my leg without problems.
Daffi
I got to the store and felt the mixers. I am very disappointed with what I saw.
I didn't like Phillips at all, the whisk nozzle was made of thin wires, the nozzles themselves seemed to be made clumsy. Phillips has a big FU for the mixers.
Bosch is beautiful and good-looking, the nozzles are okay, but ... at the end of the nozzles there are plastic wicks with which the nozzles enter the mixer. After a while, no matter how you spare it, this plastic will collapse, you will have to buy new attachments. And if this happens in 10 years, then you will not find such attachments.
Burning is cheap and cheerful. The view is normal, it looks a little cheap, it is heavy, but it fits well in the hand, the attachments are correct, the plastic elements are only to protect against splashing into the engine, I seem to like everything. But this is China and the labels are glued crookedly, alarming. In general, not bad for the money.
I haven't seen Electrolux live yet, but I keep this option in mind.
Since I will have an auxiliary mixer, and the main work will fall on the combine, I will most likely buy Gorenie, because it is cheap and the manufacturer is proven.

If someone has Gorene mixers, please unsubscribe about your impressions

I, too, precisely because of these fitcules did not take Bosch. I just imagined how the dough would inadvertently wind up there and how these wicks then have to be cleaned ... And plus Boshik this is some kind of small, quiet and all-seemingly so flimsy, I was scared to knead the dough, especially rye. In general, I took Vico an ordinary, noisy, powerful one, with such specific nozzles in thickness, and I must say, I never regretted my choice. I read that some mixers here melt from heating. Mine doesn't even get hot. He writes - with whisk up to 10 minutes of work, with hooks - 5-7. Kneading the dough for Easter cakes - whole hour, did not even heat up, and remained cold and did not get a damn thing. And the price is normal, because the sho brand is not cool.

Girls, is the Turbo button really needed or can you buy a mixer without it?
If there is normal power and speed, then nafig it is necessary!
Daffi
I want to buy such a Gorene mixer.
Mixer

The power is 425 W, the corollas are correct, 4 speeds, but there is no Turbo button, but the price is low.
Lozja
You need to watch how great the maximum speed is, that is, feel it with your hands.

But in general, I would not take whisks with plastic parts, I wrote above why. And I had an old mixer, a Soviet one, because these plastic things on the rims broke over time, and therefore the rims fell into disrepair, unless it was soldered.
Mine has a Turbo button, but I don't use it. But before the exchange had a mother-in-law mixer, I borrowed it, so it was weak in power, Turbo constantly used to beat the proteins, so that it was faster.
LLika
But I liked this Boshik, I want him
So what if the corollas with plastic, I don't take it for centuries, I don't use the mixer every day, I think it will last a couple of years, and then suddenly those stats. mixers, which now cost more than 1 thousand, will suddenly be cheaper, I can buy a more solid one. Now I have a Domotekovsky 200 watts (2 years already), it's rather weak for a protein cream, so I want Bosch, which is 450 watts

As a stationary mixer, Bosch Mum 4 series with a power of 600 W is ideal, such as Yulia Vysotskaya had in the first seasons of Eating at home. I saw him and realized that I only want him Now I am looking for a small hand mixer for him

Lozja, to be honest, I didn't really understand what capacity the plastic parts act in Gorenye - it seems to me that this is a decorative overlay, but it may well turn out that this is a fastening element, and then it's very bad. I have completely metal whisks from a broken Chinese noname mixer, maybe they will fit in burning

I have exactly the same - I'm not overjoyed, at first I bought it, and then in a neckerman I ordered myself a Bosch harvester to a heap, well, that there is no citrus juicer and a meat grinder, but the rest of the set came out much cheaper than bought in our stores, and I like the plastic bowl even better, if anything, then you can even put it in a micra, I could not put a metal one. Yes, plus to everything, it is one on one like the 46th series, but in fact it is the 47th series, that is, more power.

Girls, help with advice. I need a new mixer - I rush between Bosch MFQ 3550 and Bosch-MFQ_4020. Power both here and there 450W. But 4020 has balls on the corollas, they say that it beats better and, as it were, it works quieter. How fundamentally do these balls affect the operation of the mixer? Is 4020 quieter than 3550? And does this little shredder grind well in the 3550? Here are how many questions at once.In the store I looked at both toys: the 3550 immediately fell into my hand, but the 4020 is also a novelty in Bosch mixers, and these balls are also fascinating - maybe they really fundamentally improve the work. Share your impressions who have similar models, please, very good advice is needed.

Some of ours tried it for the balls and wrote here that they really beat it better. I liked the 3550 more about the form, somehow it was not to my liking 4020, but at that moment it was only one so cheap (in the sense without blenders and everything else, besides, the store was already closing, and my old one broke down and bleeding from the nose I needed a mixer), so I had to take it, but I got used to the form, how it works - beauty, quiet, I mostly work at nights, so I don't even close the doors ... which of my friends heard, they noticed all the difference by the sound, everyone likes the quiet move. I haven't heard about the difference between 4020 and 3550 quieter, maybe someone wrote, but I mean I missed ...

Take 4020. This is a new model, it makes sense to produce the same mixer, I think it is still somewhat better. I have such as 3550 only plus naga hand blender. True, Lika tested in this kind of topic this Bosch and the old GDR mixer with a power of 150 watts - she said that the old one beats proteins faster. So the speed does not entirely depend on power. Now I would take a new model.

Oh, but you can find out which model and what is included in it? (And then on the official website they still cannot be determined in any way, so 481.67 should be included

And of course I also want to hear how it feels.

tatalia, Zelmer - 481.67. The set includes - beaters, dough stirrers, a nozzle for wiping vegetables, a mixer jug, a stand with weights, a rotating bowl, a self-scraping paddle and a simple paddle. And that's it!
I liked the appearance very much, the plastic is white, smooth. The bowl rotates cool, if used as a manual, it is not heavy. In general, I really liked it! True, I have not done anything to them, but I checked it works quietly.

answer, will you do protein custard?
if yes, then sweep aside the first one right away, it will not stand you. We all have old low-power mixers getting covered because of this - they cannot withstand such a load over time.If you don't make such a cream, then you can take the first one (based on the budget), he will cope with everything else and probably will survive ours, if you do not overload
aniramka
here you have caught me by surprise ..... I'm not a pro in confectionery matters ... ordinary protein cream ... well, even butter with condensed milk ... what else can the child cope with?
I just have my mixer Maria, for more than 10 years has been kneading everything ... and now the power has looked - 100 watts ..., and the odds will give the blender a scarlett, on which 400 is written ...
So I thought - is it important?
Kamusik
Girls, dear ones, I need help from the audience ...
I compare the Zelmer 481.67 381.61SL models and see no difference, except for the LIBRA! Maybe who knows? Or the sellers are not saying something, or me?
Vitalinka
Kamusik, about 381.61, I will not say. I only know that there is 481.6 - here it is exactly different from 481.67 in the presence of weights. I also chose for a long time, it is very difficult to understand their differences (descriptions and pictures are almost all the same). I bought 481.67 - very convenient with weights.
Tanyusha
Kamusik, 481.67 and 481.6 differ only in weights. And in 381.61 there are also additional blender attachments, a puree attachment. Since I have everything separately, I bought 481.6 and I'm happy as an elephant.

I also once had Khortytsya, power 180 W, covered itself over time, did not pull the load, although for how many years there was not even a hint of what would burn, even protein was always obtained, but alas ...
If you have a protein cream, she makes one that is brewed with syrup, then take a powerful one, do not save. If you give good equipment from the very beginning, then a lot of unsuccessful baked goods can be avoided and with this you can avoid "discouragement" and disappointment, this is important at a young age. And then he will wave his hand and say that well ... And I want to say that after I bought a cheap Boshevsky combine in which a planetary mixer, then my baked goods began to turn out much better than when I worked as Khortytsya, so maybe you shouldn't save, but strain a little, but this will help you and your child's joy. I wrote above that I bought it without a juicer, without a meat grinder and without a metal bowl, there is a simple plastic one, but good quality, and the vegetable cutters that are included in the kit will help you, I don’t know about the blender, I immediately pushed it to the top , I do not use it.
