: flowers: Hooray found you, I also looked after a machine like yours. Please share your experience with the test and in general !!!!
Quote: tuskarora

Girls, thanks for the congratulations. I myself am not overjoyed, despite the not very successful experience with the meat grinder.
Now I was kneading the dough for bread (sieve with sourdough according to the Mistletoe recipe). Kneads very intensively, the speed increases very smoothly if necessary. Practically does not smear on the walls. The dough was kneaded pretty quickly - in 5-7 minutes. For the first time I saw with my own eyes what a test for gluten film is. Regarding the volume, that dough there is a total of 445 grams of flour (75 in sourdough, 150 in dough, 220 in dough). Photos later when I try rye and dumplings.
tuskarora
Sharing Photos promised until I show, because my husband has not yet dropped them on the computer.
Means like this: rye kneads well. Yesterday I baked black bread - the machine coped with 5+. She didn't smear anything, in about 5 minutes everything gathered into a ready-made mass with a small wet trace along the bottom of the bowl. As shown by Admin in the illustration of Kenwood's work with rye dough.

The other day I tested it on Misha's Italian bread batter. Whoever did it knows that the dough is really liquid there. And I foolishly drank a double shot. The harvester rolled this puddle into a silky ball in 7-8 minutes (it interfered with a spatula and not with a hook). The gluten film was perfect. True, in the last minutes of the batch, the columbine was already jumping up and down on the table. The result is two hefty yummy ciabatts with chic holes. The dough kept its shape as much as this type of dough can hold it at all.
I already wrote about the blender, which is powerful and good.
Of the discovered disadvantages - the meat grinder crumples the meat rather than grinds it, but I haven't really mastered it yet.
Small volumes of liquid products in a bowl cannot be knocked down unambiguously. Although the instructions say that 4 eggs is the minimum norm, the whisk only drove the top of the egg mass. At the same time, small volumes of dough (for an ordinary loaf) are kneaded normally.

The speed is infinitely variable in any operating mode. It's just that those 4 buttons are automatic programs with a set time and mixing intensity. If you enable them, the program does not vary the speed. And if with the adjusting knob, then on any of the drives everything is regulated. As a result, I turn it on automatically only for the blender.

I haven't made dumplings yet. But if he coped with rye, then dumplings will cope too.
My conclusion: the harvester is powerful, but not very versatile. He loves large volumes of work more. If you bake for an hour and in large portions - like me, then this is a completely budget option for you as an alternative to expensive Kenwoods. If you want versatility and all sorts of graters-shredders (I don't need them) then joke with something else, smaller and more careful.

Girls! I also bought myself this harvester! I'm sitting waiting for delivery. Should be in half an hour !!! Although, to be honest, I was hoping for a tolerable work of a meat grinder ... I'll try it - I will definitely unsubscribe. I dreamed of a good dough mixer for so long!
LightOdessa
I already have him! What a huge HE !!! Seems awesomely powerful! Blender bowl - glass, approx. 5-6 mm thick, the kneading bowl is very cool, with a cool handle, very comfortable, I removed the film and now I can not tear the combine off the table top - suckers - be healthy! Let it get warm - I will knead the dough. I hope that it is not defective. Wish me luck girls!
tuskarora
Good luck.!!!
I think you will not regret it. I am more and more happy with it. Since I was looking mainly for a kneader, it justifies itself.
And about the meat grinder I'm interested in myself.Well, it’s strange that with good work of the main functions, and suddenly bullshit with a meat grinder. If your grind is normal - unsubscribe. Is there something wrong with my knife?

By the way, about whipping. He likes to have more eggs with them. Yesterday I baked a double portion of vanilla in boiling water. Whipped everything up just gorgeous. And for small volumes, my zelmer is enough for me.

Py. sy. Be careful with the drives. take care of your fingers, the car is very nimble.

Ladies, I share my impressions: kneading the dough like mad! Mixes perfectly! The difference between kneading in HP and dough mixer is huge! The good news is that the liquid dough, apparently, will also be perfectly kneaded ... Today I have coarse bread with bran, but apparently it will not be too coarse.
Further: I went along the beaten path, decided to bake a vanilla biscuit in boiling water, following the example of tuskarora. The eggs were very large, so I took not 8, but 7 pieces. Eggs with yolks are not whipped very well with a whisk, perhaps the whites will be better ... Maybe I made a mistake and I had to stupidly put a spatula and immediately knead it? I look forward to hearing from tuskarora. Then I replaced the whisk with a spatula and the dough kneaded perfectly. Now the biscuit is standing, cooling down. Outwardly very good. cute, internally we will try later. But the scent is impressive. And if you add a couple more spoons of cocoa? you will have to think about it - replace 2-3 tablespoons of flour with 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa. I would like to try all the functions, but there is no meat, no fruit either, so I leave everything else for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow ... It remains to try the meat grinder, blender and pasta. But the kneader already suits me. Although the portions are really, wow!
I can't insert a photo yet, since bluetooth, for some reason, works only in one direction - everything is sent from the computer to the phone, but vice versa - no.
Thank you all for your attention, bye!
tuskarora
Whipped the biscuit with a whisk. Everything worked out. I haven't tried it with a spatula. The batter kneads perfectly (but better with a spatula than a hook) !!!!! I have already baked Italian bread from Misha three times - it kneads once or twice. I feel - to go my HP to live in the country. I really like to knead with a dough mixer. Well, and the fact that oven bread tastes better than Hpshny, I think many will agree.
LightOdessa
I report on the meat grinder: taking into account that my previous meat grinder pressed the meat up, and not down, then the work of this meat grinder suits me perfectly; onions, garlic and chicken fillet turned out to be quite homogeneous, maybe it crushes, not chops, but it suits me (there is nothing to compare with). In any case, there is no need to turn the handle for hours, it sucks in the meat itself, I almost never used the crush. Perhaps, when using coarser types of meat, the meat grinder will behave differently, but since we use meat only rarely and mainly chicken, I like its work.
While there are two pluses - a dough mixer (hook and spatula) and a meat grinder, I did not like the whisk (it seems to me that it does not reach the bottom, and sugar and an egg remain on the walls. I haven’t tested the blender yet. Pasta-maker - too, maybe I’ll try today.
The bread, kneaded by the kneader, turned out to be very homogeneous, uniform, and not so heavy.
LightOdessa
By the way, in comparison with other meat grinders that I had before, there is practically no unmilled meat inside it, absolutely minuscule, a little stuck between the auger and the knife. Perhaps if I hadn't turned it off and it would have been silent ...
tuskarora
Svetik, thanks for the report. Well, apparently, I just have problems with a meat grinder. But I was spinning pork and not chicken, and the fact of the matter is that the meat immediately wrapped around the knife and did not want to push inside. Well, okay ... let's figure it out. We come to the conclusion that this machine fully justifies itself as a kneader.
Regarding the corolla, it also seems to me that a small amount of ohm whips up badly due to the fact that it is set too high. But on 8 eggs everything was lost and there was no sugar left anywhere.
Rita
In Kenwood it is possible to adjust the whisk by lowering it down. Maybe in your dough mixer you can do it too?
LightOdessa
Unfortunately, there is no adjustment option here - the nozzle is screwed on with a nut. You can, of course, try not to tighten it, but I'm afraid this is fraught with unforeseen consequences!
LightOdessa
tuskarora, try twisting some frozen meat, sometimes it helps!

In Kenwood, too, a nut. But you can somehow release it, lower the whisk, and twist it again. Look in your passport, maybe there is something about this.
tuskarora
As I promised, I'm starting to insert a photo of the results of the cambine's work. A little bit true
sorry.
This is what the gluten film looks like on the paddles after kneading Italian bread from Misha. Once again I confirm - for kneading liquid ciabat dough, this devas will fully podhordit.

Hello everyone. Took away. Congratulations those.
On the box and in the documents it is written: "planetary kneading machine", why it is not clear on the website as a mixer. It certainly looks impressive, all heavy metal, aesthetics probably controversial.
From the passport: the equipment is intended for ....... and workshops of small and medium productivity. Soon when switching, it changes smoothly with a small delay, it works noisily at any speed. There is no direct prohibition on the continuous operation of the equipment in the passport! There is a recommended operating mode for a hook - 6 minutes, a whisk - 5 minutes, for a beater there are no recommendations.
Now I'm going to knead a zebra!
svarnoy3
Well, I'm happy. I read the topic completely, and in principle I knew what I was buying.
The device met expectations by 100%
He kneaded a zebra of 3 eggs perfectly, it’s still so difficult by hand, and I don’t need less in terms of volume, so I’m not interested in whether he kneads 1 egg.
The device works loudly, the shaft power is independent of the speed, as I understand it. And 5 minutes of operation of this device is not the same, that 5 minutes by hand, for 2 miracles I mixed everything as manually and probably did not mix.

And I congratulate!
tell me how it goes.
A photo in a real kitchen would be nice. And another question - one of its names - a kneading machine for light dough. Do you think you can knead dough on dumplings?
Maybe she was smart with pronouns. somehow it so happened that your car is for me OH
svarnoy3
The device will be mercilessly exploited in all modes for an indefinite amount of time!
Tomorrow I'll try a bizet of 2 eggs, and dough for dumplings.
There are plenty of photos, there will be more tomorrow! As I figure out how to upload a photo here, I will dilute the letters.

svarnoy3, yes, any recipe for rye bread (I really like Darnitsky according to GOST), and any recipe for yeast dough (Awesome is also suitable), the main thing is to look at the kneading. I think there are many who want to look at the work of this kneader, sorry to pester you with these requests, but you are the first owner of this device, so you will have to take the rap for everyone who is still thinking.
svarnoy3
We will knead the bread in a few days. The youngest son's birthday is coming soon, so for now I will knead biscuits and cream.
Now the little bird.
When analyzing all the documents, A4 sheets were found in the box, fastened with a stapler, with large inscriptions on the title page. The inscription reads PASSPORT planetary kneading machine .... At first I wanted to throw it out, because I had already read the passport (a brochure in A5 format on 6 sheets, sewn by machine), looked inside and was pretty fucking crazy. There are so many warnings .... do not work for more than 5 minutes, do not make the dough, rest for 10 minutes, cream no more than 250 ml, do not overload the plastic gears. Well, the rest is like that, it's good that they were allowed to plug it in!
I will use it without any restrictions, it will break down, I will fix it, I will throw it out.

Wow! Replenishment in our ranks !!! One more decided!
I am very happy with mine! I fulfilled the hopes that I had placed on him! You can close your eyes to small cons (inconveniences)! Small volumes are also great for mixing and whipping! Including one or two eggs at maximum speed !!!
Success in the tests!

It copes perfectly with kneading dough for bread! I also did dumplings - it worked! Photos of rye, dumplings and laid out on pies. Whipped proteins (3 pcs.) With sugar (the result is also posted here). I was just delighted with the proteins (compared to the mixer - the dough mixer drives).
Catwoman pictures are just recently uploaded! Flip through the last couple of pages!
In my opinion, no one costs 30 thousand. For another 10 I would have thought to buy or not.
This kneader for its price (in my opinion) -.
Cons for me:
- you can not add food during kneading (unlike a mixer)
- more than 10 min. continuous operation is not recommended (I was told this when buying), although, in principle, everything is mixed during this time.
I'm happy with what I've already done!

If you have any suggestions - write! Let's execute

Hello! Please tell me how much Gastrorag QF 3470 costs, and how to get it in Kiev? The impression was that this wonderful dough mixer can be bought only in Russia. In Kiev, you can buy dough mixers from Clatronic, but there are practically no reviews for them, again on the site it is written that the manufacturer is Germany, and in a few reviews - China. Has anyone used or, m. B. Heard something about Clatronic combines?

We will make different videos.
The cat lady then with you recipes.
Hello.
And I want to join to see how Gastrorag QF 3470 kneads yeast dough, preferably 2 kg.

There are many ways to use this dough, from pies to open tart.
how to cut the dough
the basis of all recipes is a yeast-free dough.
Bezoparny dough is less pliable, less plastic.

Here is a recipe that I cook weekly

So dough is a liquid (sometimes thick) dough without baking (butter, eggs, sugar) is made from flour, liquid (milk) and yeast.
Sugar in the dough is used in very small quantities (5-10 grams) to accelerate yeast fermentation.

The recipe is as follows:

Dough:
1) flour 400 grams
2) milk 500 grams
3) fresh yeast 25 grams
4) Sugar 1 teaspoon

Yeast, we look at the recommendations on the packaging how much to use per 1 kg of flour.
Milk should be at room temperature (not hot!).
Knead with a hook until smooth. This will be the 1st video.
Cover the bowl with a towel.
Leave to ferment until doubled in volume. For about 30 minutes.

Dough:
Add to the dough bowl:
1) Flour 600 grams
2) Sugar 120 grams
3) Vegetable oil 120 grams
4) butter 30 grams
5) Egg yolks-5 pcs (eggs are possible, but the dough will be worse)
6) Vanillin (vanilla sugar)

Knead the dough with a hook. This will be the 2nd video.
Cover the bowl with a towel.
Leave to rise for 60-70 minutes.
Knead and the dough is ready.

In total, you will need 1 kg of flour and 500 ml of milk.
You can use kefir instead of milk.
I constantly cook rolls with poppy seeds from this dough.
I found a cheap poppy National 150 grams for 40 rubles, so the rolls are inexpensive.

and the last thing I cooked from the site was Jam Pie. just how to sculpt, the dough according to the recipe that will be written below.

Jam prepared this:
1) 300 grams of dried apricots, rinse, soak for 30 minutes (to wash off the chemistry of which dried apricots are treated).
2) Then drain the water.
3) fill with a small (50-100 ml) amount of water for 3-4 hours (you can overnight).
4) Pour water from dried apricots into a saucepan where we will cook jam (if left)
5) Add water to the pan to a total amount of 60-80 ml.
6) Add 60-80 grams of sugar to the pan (+ add to taste).
5) Cook the syrup (a homogeneous liquid made from sugar and water).
7) We spread the dried apricots and put in a water bath for an hour.
8) It turns out a thick puree (jam) from apricots
Maybe it will seem too thick to you, it normally does not flow out or the apricots are hard, but after baking they will soften

Ask questions.

Our girls gave me links to clathronics in this thread
I liked this Kneading machines saved in bookmarks, periodically look in, admire and visualize
I haven't met any reviews either, but there are questions. Its power is 1000 watts (compared to 600 watts with Bosch). It seems to be good for a tough test, but it is well known that the more power, the slower it turns. How will this affect, for example, whipping whites, or other recipes where you need to beat at high speed?
And what about noise? They show Bosch at Yulia Vysotskaya's quietly working, but then on TV, maybe there are tricks used to suppress noise on the air.
Judging by the video from svarnoy3 Gastrorag QF 3470 is noisy, and its screeching annoys me, not for my ears and nerves such a sound

Who buys Clatronic share your feelings. And then I most likely will only mature for the new year for such a purchase.

And it is also interesting to see Boshiki in this topic, to listen to how they make noise during work.
