Lithuanian white cold borsch

Ingredients

Radish / daikon 125 g
Fresh cucumbers 125 g
Sorrel, raw 50 g
Green onion 1 bundle
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Kefir 450 ml
Serum by consumption
Salt pepper taste
Dill and other favorite herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Grate radishes and cucumbers on a coarse grater, chop the egg, chop the green onion, sorrel and dill. Mix everything, pour in kefir, dilute with whey, salt, pepper, cool.
