Minus - 1. there is no "pause" button. 2. Accidental touches to the top control panel overwhelm the program (judging by the forum, not only mine). 3. There is no separate program for yeast-free dough. 4. There is no program with preliminary heating of the ingredients (it is, as it were, but heating due to the "room temperature"). IMHO.

My first egg bread on Panasonic turned out to be taller and more aesthetically pleasing than the similar one on Kenwood. I also tried dough for dumplings and a cake and baked and ... but left Kenwood at home. Why? The answer lies in time, standing in Panasonic eats up from 30 to 60 minutes or more, and this is sometimes (for the house) an unaffordable luxury. Almost at the beginning of the topic, they tried to bake French in Panasonic and Kenwood. It turned out higher on Panasonic, yes it is, but the French on Panasonic is done for 6 hours, and on Kenwood only 3 hours and 40 minutes - you catch the difference. Just press a few buttons once and you will have the "Pelmeni" mode

Why the Kenwood 256 bread maker always turns on the heating, I can only guess. This may be due, for example, to a simpler temperature sensor that is not capable of measuring multiple values ​​(i.e. it can only monitor the maximum baking temperature). Then it is quite logical to turn on the heating always where this mode is. This may be true since the 256 mode is 2 classes lower than 450.
