Ingredients

Leaven:
Water 1 tbsp.
Fresh yeast 15 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Dough:
Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
Salt
Melted margarine
(I replace margarine with lard)
1 tbsp. l.
Shaken egg half
Leaven

Cooking method

  • 1.5 - 2 hours at 30 degrees (2 workouts).
  • I MAKE Dough IN THE BREAD ON THE PROGRAM "Dough" for pizza (I have it 1 hour 30 m.)
  • Do not grease the baking sheet, but sprinkle with flour, pizza 5 mm thick (round).
  • (I pour it on a baking sheet - the dough is liquid, like for pancakes. I have it square for a 4-burner gas stove).
  • Layers:
  • 1) tomato sauce;
  • 2) meat (sausages) - straws;
  • 3) mushrooms with onions (fry the onion, it is cut into half rings, add mushrooms there and fry for about 3 more minutes);
  • 4) sweet peppers (green) - in small cubes;
  • 5) chopped tomatoes;
  • 6) mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l. + 1.5 eggs + 1 tbsp. l olive oil (salad);
  • 7) cheese, cut into small strips.
  • (if there is no pepper, tomato, olive oil - not scary. Something can be excluded or replaced).
  • Lay out on a wooden board.

Time for preparing:

I don't remember exactly, but it takes about 20 minutes to bake.

Cooking program:

Baking temperature - 240 gr. C (until browned).
