Ingredients

Beet one and a half pieces - 300 grams
Bulb onions 1 piece small
Water 1 liter
Salt taste
Red pepper taste
Semi-smoked sausage, for example, "Finnish Cervelat" 50 grams
Egg 2 pieces
Fresh cucumber 1 piece, medium
Greens: dill, parsley, onion taste
Sour cream or mayonnaise taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the beets and onions, cut into small cubes, put in a blender soup cooker, add salt and red pepper, water. Switch the soup blender on to program P1 (puree soup), cook until the end of the program. Cool the resulting soup and refrigerate until completely cooled.
  • Finely chop the sausage, small cucumber cubes and chop the eggs. Add this minced meat to the chilled soup. Put sour cream in a bowl of soup and, if desired, add chopped greens.
  • This dish is very tasty, I advise you to try it if you have a blender soup cooker.
