Flour 400 g
Rye groats
steam 100 ml of boiling water
200 ml
Hop cones infusion 200ml boiling water
+8 whole buds
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 2 tsp
Maple syrup
can be replaced with 1 spoon of sugar
2 tbsp. l.
Semolina 200 ml
Cumin and dry dill to taste

Cooking method

  • All ingredients are at room temperature.

Cooking program:

Classic mode, medium crust.

The result of a successful experiment
